Been long overdue for a board size upgrade. Gripped this @templeaudio Duo 24 with 2x pro and 4x mod off Reverb. Bad Mood also arrived last week. I’ll make a post soon showing off some of its sounds, as well as the new Beam Splitter. The random tuner in the middle is to kill the signal to my amp but not my IEM so I can experiment without others hearing my fuck ups

No under pics, I haven’t done that cable management yet 😂

Forgot to add I also grabbed a @goodwoodaudio Lift to raise up my back row by @dethmoth.creations

Had a blast at @midwestpedalfest today. Some notable things I tried:
-Beam Splitter v2, unreleased @oldbloodnoise pedal. Midi controllable separate path drives with crazy deviation controls. Definitely getting one to use for recording. Thanks @danfromdsf for explaining it all in person!
-Slide Away and Micro Detuner from @alexanderpedals absolute shoegaze dreams. Matthew was one of the coolest presenters there too, he called me over because of my Slow Crush tee
-The Noise and The Banshee from @tallonelectric what an incredibly fun pair of noise makers. The chop on Banshee was so much more enjoyable than I expected
-Resonance from @enduring.audio was beautiful. An interesting unison where the pedal sounds how it looks, waves of ambience
-Sending from @electronicaudioexperiments I FINALLY got to try this, and it was such an interestingly deep delay. @johnetone turned the knobs for me while I jammed through the EAE and AMT pedals, which was a uniquely fun experience.
-Bought a noise maker from @catboxcustoms and it creates some seriously haunting tones through Dark Star and Parting by @dethmoth.creations

First video in 2 1/2 years. New job, new pedals. Showing off my @electronicaudioexperiments Glaive I just received today with my @oldbloodnoise x @emilyharpist Parting I received two weeks ago. Both incredible pedals. I’ve never been the biggest fuzz fan in the world but Glaive speaks to me by @dethmoth.creations

Received a Microcosm in a trade and LOVING it. Haven’t had a ton of time to get the hang of it but here’s me playing with the four different arpeggiator modes into @oldbloodnoise Dark Star, which is an absolutely beautiful pair.

Also posted a board update photo - some stuff removed, new addition the Dirty Head (a modded Morning Glory clone I built)

This setup is super comfortable and gets me everywhere I want to go without being too complicated (midi controllers are cool but limiting once you get wild with the programming) only changes may be replacing the Black Moon (Cloven Hoof clone) with a Meat Paws and the Orochi (fv1 multi fx) with a Mood 2 by @dethmoth.creations

Haven’t been super active so I wanted to make a post showing off the sounds of my two latest builds, a musicman HD pre in a box (MELOS) that @deadbug.circuits sent me to build, and a clone of the EQD Cloven Hoof (BLACK MOON) I built a couple weeks back

I wanted a cloven hoof after finding out that’s what Holy Fawn uses for their massive tone and I am totally happy with the cloned results! MASSIVE heavy tones here, and the musicman HD pre handles the fuzz destruction so well. It actually takes it better than what I was using before which is super sick

First tone is just into the amp, very dry and quiet. Then I click on the Melos pre, then I active Black Moons destruction by @dethmoth.creations

Whipped up this rad Musicman HD pre in a box thanks to @deadbug.circuits - they sent me over a grab bag of PCBs to mess with and this one was SUPER fun and sounds great. Went right on my board 😬 by @dethmoth.creations

My current amp setup, just got this closed back 212 from sound town and loaded it with g12m70s (they sound great with digital amp sims)

The head is a line 6 Catalyst 100 combo I converted into a head with a 4 space rack a buddy made me a couple years ago. Sounds so good and I have 1/2w, 50w, or 100w control with cab simmed DI. Hopefully get to take this out to some jams soon by @dethmoth.creations

My current board is a (mostly) blacked out @oldbloodnoise super board, check the INCREDIBLY cool MTET midi to expression translator on the inside that lets me have presets for the pedals in the 2x2 grid. I also did a bit of minor cable management

Signal chain for the blender is A: Dweller into Dark Star B: Mondegreen into Sunlight

Fault goes into BL-44

HX stomp is first in chain and the Fault and Signal Blender are chained through its dual mono FX Loops by @dethmoth.creations

Absolutely loving the @oldbloodnoise Sunlight. Here I’m running it parallel against a @carolinegco Somersault with an OBNE Fault v2 before them on my @balaguerguitars Espada I recently setup for FACGCe by @dethmoth.creations
