Ya know what I said last year about that being the best year of my life. I lied. This year was actually the best year of my life and I am so grateful for everyone that has been in it. From the people I knew going into the year to the people I met during it, Thank You.

Thank you to @fizzypopphotos for taking the photos. I had to put the best one last. by @detweiler.michael

The 2024-2025 FBLA season just wrapped up this past Tuesday and what a year. My goal this year was to juggle and compete at the state conference. I exceeded that goal with juggling and competing at the national conference. Thank you to our team, both state and national, for all the laughs and thank you to my sponsor for taking us to California. by @detweiler.michael

Thank you Mrs. Clifford for taking me to New York City.

This past weekend I took a choir trip to New York City. There were around 30 students and 10 parent chaperones that went and we had one amazing tour guide, named Carlos, that showed us around. We toured Central Park, Time Square, 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge, The Empire State Building, and most importantly - we sang at Carnegie Hall. Thank you Carlos for showing us New York.

The main reason we were there was to sing. There were around 150 of us that day to sing a total of eight songs. We sang all five songs from John Leavitt’s “Missa Festiva” and we sang the three songs from Daniel McDavitt’s “Three Memories”. You can’t sing without direction and we had two outstanding directors. Directing us through “Missa Festiva” was Dr. Vogel and directing us through “Three Memories” was the composer himself, Daniel McDavitt. A man by the name of Mathew helped put all 150 of us together to sing. Thank you Dr. Vogel, Daniel McDavitt, and Mathew for the opportunity. #CHSelfie

Last but not least, Mrs. Clifford. Throughout the years I’ve taken music classes at every chance I could and no one is forcing me to do so, I’ve just fallen in love with singing. And that is all because of Mrs. Clifford. Without Mrs. Clifford I would not be the person or the singer I am today. She grants so many wonderful opportunities and helps people grow and become better everyday. Thank you Mrs. Clifford, for Everything You Do! by @detweiler.michael
