Eve, 2025

A portrait of Eve and the Serpent based off of Genesis 3:1-4. Eve is the first woman, the mother of all living humans, and a symbol of both human frailty and the beginning of human history. The Serpent symbolizes deceit, cunning, and temptation that led Eve to disobey God in the Garden of Eden.

Through symbolism and storytelling, it honors the vibrant spirit of individuality and the boundless possibilities that unfold when we embrace who we are.

In celebration of Juneteenth, Galleria Dallas has built a tradition of collaborating with local artists to create designs that evoke the joy and power of the holiday. Those designs then become commemorative T-shirts that guests look forward to year after year. For 2026, the shopping center commissioned a T-shirt design from reputable painter Devon Deshaun, which will be available free of charge.

“Bring The Flavor” for @wingstop

Last year I was approached by Wingstop HQ to partner with them on a piece that represented the atmosphere of their new “Club Wingstop” activations curated by @megansamantha, with sounds by @brndnblue, and crafted cocktails by @guerosbartending. From that approach, I drew inspiration from my childhood of the happiness we got once my dad brung in that Wingstop bag for game days on NFL Sundays while representing Wingstop clientele demographic.

The piece will be on display this weekend from 7pm-11pm at their newest Club Wingstop activation in Arlington, TX at 915 E. Road to Six Flags. Visit Posh.vip to RSVP and experience where flavor meets community!

We didn’t just host a STEAM session this month — we made a STATEMENT!

Black men came together with a purpose to create space for Black boys to see themselves as Artists, Visionaries, and Storytellers. Through photography, painting, and creative expression, our Scholars were reminded that their voices matter and their perspectives deserve to be seen.

This was intentional.
This was powerful.
This was legacy in motion.

We didn’t just teach art — we affirmed identity, unlocked genuine expression, and built confidence that will last far beyond the canvas.

On 2/21, art became affirmation. 👑🎨📸
