Still thinking how to start??

People go to gym only for two reason,they appear like bulking or maintaining the same fitness but here i'm gonna telling about the 3rd one! I training for strength even I go to gym or doing at home!

Gym or Home workout?
You must need to understand both these two phases! firstly
Gym should be your 2nd priority why i'm saying gym is second priority,According to your daily life activity like,job,passion and
Profession! And why home workout should be your first priority
You can do it anywhere like the world is your gym and also you
Don't need any equipment so know the difference between these
Phase!

I cannot force you for specific gym or home workout,because both are good by their perspective, the choice is your which phase you want to choose! Often people asking me you came to gym but dont use machine why? I only go to gym only for different exercise like muscle up,pull up,chin up and nothing else! So Mostly I do home workout because I dont get specific time to go gym,and i'm used to work since 8year without any equipment and this thing I love the most!
