It is exhilarating to introduce people to the upside down world!! It is not just this new perspective but it is the precision and detailing that comes with it.

The constant quest to feel strong, stable and yet light teaches us all so much. Patience being the key and ofcourse not forgetting to have fun.

Day 1 of our handstand workshop was all about building body awareness, understanding the importance of alignment and playing around with this new perspective.
You all were so enthusiastic and curious, we can’t wait for day 2!!

This practice has endless potential and the fine tweaking will never end, but the beauty is to find that in-between where you can pause and notice how meditative it really is 🤍
