September 21st 2025:
A knee injury, one surgery and lots of physiotherapy. 🥹🥹

September 21st 2026 :
Here I am, on the floor, dancing away to glory.

Celebrating a year full of pain, baby steps, struggles, hopes and dreams!!! At this juncture I am reminded of a meaningful quote. "A setback is a setup for a comeback."

Today I am grateful to the Almighty and each and everyone who helped me, physically and emotionally, in getting back to the dance floor. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sari. Friendship. Dance. 💙💃🏽

women from the Freestyle classes at Mudra Centre for Dance, celebrating the grace of the Indian sari, the joy of friendship, and the freedom of dance.

This time, we chose indigo — and turned it into rhythm, laughter and beautiful memories. ✨

Draped in tradition. United by friendship. Moved by dance. 💙 taken in Mudra centre for dance by @devi.devika.1302

Celebrating International Yoga Day the Mudra way! 🧘‍♀️💃

Today, our dancers paused, breathed, stretched, and flowed through a simple yoga routine—blending the grace of dance with the mindfulness of yoga.

Because every beautiful movement begins with awareness, balance, and breath.

Wishing everyone a Happy International Yoga Day! May you find strength in your body, calm in your mind, and joy in every breath. 🌿✨
