You are not just a body, mind, or spirit, you are a channel too. Energy flows through and from you throughput your existence. Energy practices which emit vibrational intentions for the highest good benefit you and others. Become mindful of your daily thoughts and beliefs, redirect your energy to love -for where attention goes energy flows. That which receives energy grows. by @devi_ma_yoga

So many are hurting right now. So many viscous and hurtful things are being said. I pray you the strength to rise above. Guard your peace fiercely and be determined to be a force of love in this world through action, word, and deeds. Losing your faith would be the true tragedy. There is a bigger, better picture we are all working toward and sometimes there is pain along the way but whatever you do, do not lose your heart. by @devi_ma_yoga

To reach the heart is no easy feat. When the heart is reached, it sparks transformation. Walls come down, new ways of seeing things are fostered- how incredible to be greeted with so much love and understanding. Bless you Gita Ma @allisonclaireeaton by @devi_ma_yoga
