DEVIANT TILL I DIE 😈

This is Boomtown's clubkid apocalypse, its pink, its punk, its sparkling and CVNTTTT! Area404 watch out the new freaks have arrived in force!

@wrongun_crew first boomtown captured incredibly by @sinagyuson

Still just speechless at what we all pulled off! This feels so much bigger than any one of us! We got to platform so many incredible emerging artists, queers and fems to the forefront as it fkn should be!!! Showcased a fierce production from our wild wild gogos who didnt hold back all weekend, to the insane levels of tech and lighting packed into our street venu, ontop of the immaculate and detailed decor, and how could we forget the seismic bass pelting out of the @goldstax rig 🥵

Theater pics coming soon as that deserves its own post because the level of artistry for the theater alone was off the charts!!!

Love from our core team
Production manager @milo_captainchaos
Creative director @the.psyclops
Theater producer @b.unn13

And shout out everyone involved! Absolutely everyone brought their A game and crushed the fuck out of it!
Theres too many of you to tag but your all deviant family now!!!! Endless love to the lot of ya 💖💖💖 by @deviantlounge.boomtown

Omg can you beelive that it’s been almost a month in a half since the best act at boomtown did their set at the best venue at boomtown?

It’s taken me this long to just watch the videos back. Purely because I knew I’d have to mentally prepare to scrape my brains off my bedroom walls from just having my minds blown.

What a phenomenal experience to share our first boomtown together. As you move through the slides, please enjoy my waffles of appreciation to the people involved.

Firstly, thank you so much to @promiscuous.piggy for becoming a great friend throughout the tumultuous weekend. We absolutely smashed that set and really brought so much diverse genres to that slot! You best Beelieve this is not our last b2b together no sireee!!

Secondly, thank you so much @wrongun_crew for bringing us two together. And also thank you for beelieving in us both, ever since the first day I met you all I knew there was something special in all of you! And what’s more special than now being organisers of such an iconic venue as @deviantlounge.boomtown ?! It was also a dream come true getting to do decor and painting for a great stage

Thank you to @fkatits_ for recording this footage, I am still scraping my blown mind off the wall as I make this post

And thank you to @sinagyuson for these great pics. It is really harrowing how dusty boomtown actually was and also how much I was in denial of it.

So thank you for capturing the raw reality of our lived experience for that entire week, and probably the most tanned my skin has ever been. Shame it all went down the drain after my first shower back 🤷‍♀️

Like seriously the denial was so strong it’s almost impressive how deluded I was for thinking I was the only person of that whole festival that had survived that festival. 6 weeks of still a funky chest and an almost heated perforated ear drum deffo shows that was so not true.

If you think about it, it is kinda crazy that we just existed with that layer of dust inside our lungs for 5 days. You’d think with such a big festival, they’d find a site that wasn’t such a by @deviantlounge.boomtown
