FLASHBACK ✨ → swipe to see our press & 5 minutes of fame on TV We loved seeing our Battersea Power Station project | The Terrace featured on Britain’s Most Expensive Homes 📺 Recently aired again 💃 A proud moment for this wraparound show-home terrace in the historic heart of Battersea Power Station. LUXURY & SUSTAINABLE INTERIORS · INSPIRED BY NATURE “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” — Albert Einstein We designed, furnished and styled this expansive terrace as a true extension of the interior. The layout was carefully considered to maximise every zone, with a mix of seating and dining areas that feel elegant, comfortable and durable. Perfect for family life, entertaining guests, or even working from home in summer with the London skyline providing the ultimate Zoom backdrop. And it sold after we completed the terrace ..at an eyewatering amount 🙄 Design highlights • A rich, nature-led palette of greens, terracotta and burgundy • Teak for warmth and longevity • Layered planters and greenery to bring life outdoors • Lanterns and floor lamps to set the mood after dark Sustainability mattered • Reclaimed teak • Outdoor rugs made from recycled plastic bottles • Luxury outdoor fabrics that are mould, fade & water-resistant We joined forces with Viva Lagoon to deliver a refined, future-proof outdoor living space. Even during lockdown , with deliveries from abroad ..deadlines were met. Client testimonial “We worked with Viva Lagoon & De Villiers Interior Design on a terrace project and found their detail-orientated service fantastic. The constant drive to client satisfaction and imaginative problem solving was pivotal to delivering a scheme that we are very proud of.” ✨ Project shortlisted for the SBID Awards ✨ Also featured on ITV’s Britain’s Most Expensive Homes 📸 Photography © Nick Smith If you have a terrace or balcony and would love help creating a space like this, get in touch we’d love to help. 📞 07737 600 759 #BatterseaPowerStation #OutdoorLiving #LuxuryTerrace #SustainableDesign #BiophilicDesign QuietLuxury LondonInteriors ShowHome TerraceDesign DeVilliersInteriorDesign by @devilliersinteriordesign

A SOPHISTICATED URBAN LONDON RETREAT 🏙️ Designing this -bedroom penthouse for a dynamic city professional was all about one thing: The View. From the initial sketch, our goal was to blur the boundaries between the sleek London skyline and a soulful, high-end interior. The Highlights: Seamless Flow: We worked with structural engineers to create a bespoke outdoor layout. Featuring luxury, weather-resistant upholstery, the outdoor lounge faces inward—perfect for enjoying the interior ambiance (and the TV!) on warm London evenings. 🥂 Cultural Soul: Taking inspiration from the vibrant hues of India, we curated a muted, sophisticated palette that brings warmth and depth to every room. 🇮🇳✨ Bespoke Intelligence: Small spaces require big ideas. From a custom L-shaped sofa bed designed for tricky access to a kitchen island with an integrated wine cooler, every inch is optimized for both work and play. A Personal Story: The focal point of the home is a one-of-a-kind commissioned art piece, created over two months to reflect our client’s unique life journey. 🎨 From the serene, linen-wrapped master suite to the energizing pops of color in the guest study, this home is a testament to the power of personalized design. The final touch? Meticulously planned 2700K lighting to ensure the apartment glows as beautifully as the city lights outside. 🌙 Design & Curation: Skyview Living | Residential Photography: © Vrinterior Photography #SkyviewLiving #LondonInteriorDesign #PenthouseLiving #UrbanRetreat #BespokeInteriors LondonSkyline by @devilliersinteriordesign
Y O U R H O M.E Take away the walls for a moment… What does HOME mean to you? Not the square footage. Not the furniture. Not the trends. But the feeling. The story of your life woven into the spaces you live in. That painting your grandmother once painted. The tea set your mum passed down to you. The collection of hats gathered over years of travelling now displayed as a wall feature, adding another beautiful layer to your home. That chair your dad always sat in… now lovingly reupholstered in your favourite fabric. It is often the little things that make a house feel deeply personal. The pieces that hold memories. Milestones. Unforgettable moments. The things that instantly transport you back to a feeling, a season of life, or someone you love. At De Villiers Interior Design, we believe beautiful interiors should tell YOUR story. We take inspiration from your lifestyle, hobbies, travels, memories, likes and dislikes to create homes with soul and feeling — spaces that feel layered, personal and truly lived in. Our in-depth questionnaire helps us understand not only how you want your home to look… but how you want it to FEEL. Because the right colours can lift your mood. The right textures can calm your nervous system. And the right home can make your heart sing every single day. ✨ Interiors that tell your story ✨ London & South Coast ✨ Full Interior Design & E-Design www.devilliersinteriordesign.co.uk by @devilliersinteriordesign

I S Y O U R holiday home or Airbnb Insta worthy? Most holiday homes don’t fail because of location. They fail because they feel forgettable. Guests decide in seconds. If your space doesn’t make them feel something, they scroll on. I work with coastal and holiday-home owners who: • Have invested well but aren’t seeing the bookings • Know their property should perform better • Are tired of piecing things together themselves • Want it done properly once This isn’t about trends or over-styling. It’s about creating a calm, considered interior that photographs beautifully, feels effortless to stay in, and quietly outperforms the competition. The right design doesn’t just look good. It increases bookings, improves reviews, and brings guests back. If your holiday home or Airbnb needs direction — not more Pinterest saves, DM me “COASTAL” and let’s talk. Hi there 🤍 If you’re new here… WELCOME✨️ My name is Yolandi, and I’m an Interior Designer behind De Villiers Interior Design. I help my clients remove the overwhelm and bring clarity to their homes creating interiors that feel considered, cohesive, and truly reflect who they are. For me, design isn’t just about how a space looks… it’s about how it makes you feel. How it supports your lifestyle. And the story it tells. And maybe you’re not seeing this by accident. Your home has been trying to get your attention for a while now. The clutter. The unfinished rooms. The feeling that something still feels “off”… even after buying more furniture or saving more Pinterest images. You’ve been trying to fix it piece by piece. But it’s usually not a furniture problem. It’s a lack of direction. Because when you become clear on how you want to live… your home starts to follow. The layout works better. The colours flow. The space feels calm, elevated… intentional. That’s what design really is. Not decoration. Not trends. Clarity. And once you have that, everything else starts falling into place. So if you’ve been thinking about changing your home… this might be your sign 🤍 I’m currently taking on a small number of new projects for May / June. SWIPE to see little me ✨ Apparently I’ve always loved blue, beautiful spaces, and decorating my room… and yes, my natural hair colour really is blonde 😉 I sometimes wonder what little me would say… knowing that one day I’d become an Interior Designer. That all those hours spent rearranging my bedroom, obsessing over colours, fabrics, and beautiful spaces… would actually become my career later in life. That one day I’d help other people create homes that tell their story too. I think she’d be proud 🤍 And probably very happy that I still love blue. P R E S S …this popped up in my memories today. A beautiful feature of our terrace projects in Battersea Power Station a while ago and it instantly reminded me why outdoor spaces matter so much this time of year. Because here’s the truth… Summer is closer than you think. And most people leave it too late. Lead times, deliveries, installations… it always takes longer than expected. So if you have a terrace or balcony that isn’t quite there yet this is your moment. Not more furniture. Not guesswork. A clear plan that makes your outdoor space feel considered, elevated… and ready to enjoy. ✨ I design terraces and balconies that feel like an extension of your home calm, cohesive, and beautifully finished. If you want to be summer-ready without the stress… 📩 Message me “TERRACE” to secure one of my remaining design slots Yolandi, Interior Designer De Villiers Interior Design Creating homes that tell your story #dorset #poole #sandbanks #bournemouth #canarywharf batterseapowerstation by @devilliersinteriordesign

T Y P E ...of clients we work with Not every client is the right fit and that’s okay. Interior design isn’t just choosing cushions or colours. It’s years of training, technical knowledge, coordination, responsibility, and experience. Just like any other professional service, it deserves to be valued and paid for. You wouldnt ask your hairdresser, dentist or GP for a discount...would you? We work best with clients who: • Respect our expertise, fees, and terms • Pay invoices on time. We still have 2 clients who havent paid us for extra work. • Trust our creative vision..before you can even see it • Value professionalism and boundaries. No 1 am or weekemd watsups • Prefer a turnkey, stress-free process Dont micro manage us! Dont expect us to work for free. Our project coordinating & precurement is seperate from our Fix first stage design fee. And yess true story ..we had clients before who wants everything included ..although our fee proposal and terms are very clear! You’re not paying for “just design time.” You’re investing in qualification, experience, efficiency, and informed decision-making. Something that might takes us an hour , might take you a day or two. ..well we had 14 years to practise . Interior design is a partnership. When it’s built on trust and respect, the results are exceptional ✨ PHOTO Drawing Room in Surrey project #poole #lonfonprojects #canarywharf #batetsrapowerstation by @devilliersinteriordesign
