Thankful to fly home to spend time with my grandfather (I call him Paw Paw) who was diagnosed recently with stage 4 liver cancer. If you would join me in prayer for healing, we would appreciate it. He is otherwise pretty healthy, so we are believing for a few more years to spend together. Great things lie ahead, and we’re so thankful for the great time we had today. :) by @devin_lassetter

We ran the holiday 5k at North peach park this morning with @ipierson27 !!! We are so proud of Liam and Emilyn for CRUSHING their first 5k. Samson woke up super early to be there and cheer them on from the sidelines. #familyrun by @devin_lassetter

Last week was a slow week so I decided to hit a long run on Monday. Happened to be December 8th so it’s 8 miles with 8 history facts. Wanted to honor the lives lost at Pearl Harbor, the impact On civilian rights, and other things that I didn’t dig to much into but serve as a great reminder to do something that makes an impact in a way you want to be remembered for. What that looks like is up to you, be a great mom/dad, musician, chef, or kind person. #history #running by @devin_lassetter
