*Perpetrating with my mocktail, but who said mocktails had to look basic? 🤷🏾‍♀️

Workout Recap - Donna's Girls - 80's Edition - The vibes were vintage, the sweat was current.

How fitting that there's a trend after we did an 80's themed workout!

🖤 Wellness Looks Like Me 🖤

To me, wellness means taking care of my physical and mental health, being present for my family, leading by example for my daughters, strengthening my relationships, and giving back to my village and community.

Every challenge I've faced, from training for an Ironman triathlon to balancing career and family, has reinforced one lesson: true wellness is about creating a life that reflects your values. It's about working towards a goal no matter how long it takes and persevering through setbacks along the way.

This is the legacy I'm working to build every day.

Wellness also means making fitness fun! I'm looking forward to having a great time at the Black Girl Wellness Fest. Join me if you can!
