Big thanks to the Mathew family for trusting me in the sale of their investment property 🙏🏽🏡

This journey started with a heartfelt referral from my own family, and I’m truly grateful for that connection.
My client had worked with two other agents and the process took months; almost a year without results ⏳

When he came to me, we were able to get it done and under contract in less than two weeks ✅

Seeing how happy and surprised he was meant everything.
My sellers even joked that I looked too young to be in the real estate game 😂 but results speak louder than anything.

I’m grateful for the trust and excited to keep helping more families turn their real estate goals into reality 💼✨

Thank you also to Roberto at Unico Title for your help in this process 🙌🏽

His level of communication, knowledge, and ability to take care of everything with ease made the closing smooth and stress free.
He will definitely be seeing more of my business as I continue closing more deals in the future.

He delivers on his promises and makes it an easy process for all of my clients 🔑👏🏽

🚪✨ Home Entry in Royse City ✨🚪
Sitting on just over 1 acre with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home has all the space and comfort you need 🏡💫

Most people think it always takes 30 days to close… but that’s just a myth ⏳❌
You can actually close in as little as 2 weeks ✅🔑

Talk to me today about how you can get the keys to your new home ASAP 🙌🏽🏠

Cheers to 2 years in Real Estate 🥂
Blessed to be a part of this journey 🙏
In just a short time I’ve learned so much 📚 Almost breaking through 30 closings and now breaking into a new volume and market this year 🚀 Excited to see the potential of what’s to come!

What I’ve learned so far ⬇️
Stay persistent 💪
It’s normal to struggle 🌱
Most agents drop out in their first or second year, but I’m here for the long run 🏡

I plan to continue serving the DFW area and helping my community with homeownership, investing, and matching people with the lifestyle they’re seeking 🏙️

This year I also want to bring more value and consistency to my social media 🎥📲 I’m 24, a young homeowner myself, and I know this is just the beginning ✨

Thankful to God for keeping me afloat and grateful for the connections I’ve made along the way 🙌 Relationships matter, and I’m focused on nurturing them as I grow

Cheers to Year Two and beyond 🥂 DFW, let’s keep building together 💙 taken in DFW Area, Texas by @devinsellsdallas

✨ Another home under contract in less than a week here in Dallas! 🏡🔥
The seller was beyond pleased with how quickly everything came together 🙌 From the start, he told me his past experiences with other agents felt completely different and now he’s excited about what’s ahead, both with this home and future projects 🚀

Sometimes it just takes the right person to step in, guide you through the process, and make everything smoother than you expected 💯 That’s what builds real trust 🤝

🏡✨ Just closed on this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Grand Prairie!
You’d think this community has an HOA with how well kept it is… but it doesn’t 🙌

Working with this family from start to finish was truly a blessing.
They came to me through a referral (thank you to the Soto family 🙏), and from that first phone call to handing over the keys at the title company, the entire process was smooth and full of joy.

This wasn’t just about finding a house, it was about building trust, creating memories, and welcoming new friends into my extended family. Seeing their smiles and knowing they’re stepping into their very first home is a moment I’ll always remember.

Wishing them nothing but love, happiness, and unforgettable memories in their new home💙

Another milestone with your lifestyle expert!

✨ What a beautiful experience this has been with my clients on their journey of selling and purchasing their new home.

The most special part of this work is how someone who starts as a stranger puts their trust in me with such an important part of their life. Being able to guide them through the process, not just as their realtor but as someone they can lean on, is a true honor.

I treat my clients like family, and while the process of buying and selling only happens once for each home, the bond we build lasts forever. That’s what makes this work so meaningful.

Thank you to my clients for trusting me with this milestone. Your support means everything, and I’m grateful to have been part of your journey into this new chapter🏡💙

These are throwback photos from when she was just a couple weeks old 🐾💖 I’ve been gone for a bit, so there’s a lot to catch up on.
She’s grown so much since then!

Hey Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok fam 👋 It’s been a minute since I’ve posted. Some of my accounts, especially IG, flagged me for violating community guidelines all because of a puppy 🐶😂
So I’ve been MIA here for a bit.

Behind the scenes I’ve actually been busy helping families buy and sell homes 🏡✨
Business has been amazing, and I’m excited to finally share some of the moments I missed posting.

Over the next few days you’ll see a mix of what I’ve been up to, from puppy love to real estate wins.
Drop a ❤️ if you’re here for the puppy and a 🏡 if you’re here for the real estate. Either way, I appreciate you rocking with me!🤙 taken in Rockwall, Texas by @devinsellsdallas
