I won the lottery!!!! 🏚️🙌🏾🎉

The @jumpstartgermantown lottery that is (so don’t ask me for any money 😂)

So excited to be partnering with The Philadelphia Housing Authority to bring affordable housing and homeownership to the Brewerytown/Strawberry Mansion area. I love this neighborhood and want more homeowners who care about strengthening community to invest in this neighborhood as well.

Special shout-out to @jumpstarttioga @norfphilly_wayne @joshuaojones and @j.p.ferrarini for the mentorship and @evolve_home_improvements on the contracting

ITS UP!!!!

What kind of Libra would I be if I wasn’t slightly depressed, having an existential crisis on the eve of my birthday but still slaying while doing so? 🤭♎️😌💅🏾

Does turning 38 on OCTober 8th count as a golden birthday? ✨ by @devoncaudle

As a community minded real estate developer, it’s imperative that I lift as I climb.

Here are some events and programs that have my stamp of approval that I’d like you to check out if you’re curious about what it’s like to build communities.

@jumpstarttioga just opened applications for their real estate development bootcamp

@blacksq.co is currently accepting applications for their 3rd real estate development cohort

I’ll be gracing the stage @missiongalacon in October to talk about the importance of ownership

There truly is room for all of us to win! I believe that and I believe in you ✨

If you have any real estate questions, you or someone you know need to buy, sell, or rent? Holla at ya girl

Celebrated my 50th class @clubpilatesconshohocken in my @movealigned.co set 🥳

What started as me just attending a @clubpilates class with a friend in Tampa September of 2025, has now turned into one on my weekly highlights 🧘🏾‍♀️ can’t believe it’s been a year

I love that I’m building on my Pilates practice and that it’s also encouraging me to attend things like @ebonyfitweekend

Looks like I’ve found my fitness related, midlife crisis millennial hobby 😂

What happens when real estate professionals move beyond managing and selling properties—and begin building and owning them?

Meet Mission GalaCON 2026 panelist Devon Caudle, Community Developer and Property Manager with Balashine Properties.

Devon oversees a 17-acre, 490-unit property with a $12.3 million annual operating budget. Her decade of experience spans luxury apartments, affordable housing, ground-up construction, lease-ups and operational management.

During “Beyond the Commission: Brokers & Agents Who Build,” Devon will bring the perspective of a broker and operator making the transition toward development and ownership. The conversation will explore how market knowledge, public-sector partnerships, accessible resources and funding strategies can help real estate professionals expand beyond commissions.

📅 Friday, October 23, 2026 | 9 AM–1 PM

A lot of what people who are attending Invest Fest need, they can get through local and state government resources and cohorts.

In Philadelphia, @ccpedu Power Up Your Business is a low cost program that connects entrepreneurs to resources and business funding.

A lot of the information you’re seeking, you’re already paying for through your taxes. Start locally first and see what resources your local municipality offers business owners.

I think a lot of people are drawn to these events and celebrities they have on the panel because they want to be famous and wealthy for all the wrong reasons 🙃 but, that’s another conversation for another day 🤭

Connect with me and I’ll share REPUTABLE local resources with you.

The next generation of real estate isn’t waiting for a seat at the table so I am pulling up my own chair.
