10 months ago changed my whole life around 360. Went from partying and having a lifestyle that wasn’t beneficial to me. From drinking to no more drinking. From bad dieting to strict dieting. Most importantly found out my liver enzymes were through the roof which made me frantic just turning 28. I knew I had to do something to get my health back on the right path. And so I locked right in with my boy Cj who changed my life forever. Got me in the gym gave me specific rules and diets to follow also introduced me to fasting which helped not only my health significantly improve about my physical appearance as well. From that very first day of training to now I trusted the process and fell in love with the gym and weightlifting also fell in love with just bettering my self as a whole turning this not just into a hobby but a lifestyle forever. All in all I just want to show you guys that if I can change so can you if you just give something your outmost all and really lock in!

Sometimes in life it’s not always about succeeding..

Sometimes it’s about failing…

Seeing how you bounce back after getting hit with adversity..

Coming back stronger than you were last time!

That’s what life is all about!

Getting back up off your back and going to achieve what is rightfully yours!

-Devoted🤞🏼

One thing about wanting something is to surround yourself with people on the same journey as you! Iron sharpens iron, your people should push you beyond your limits. If they don’t then maybe it’s time to find new friends! #GETTHERE! taken in New Haven, Connecticut by @devoted_to_fit

Growing is to be uncomfortable, but enjoying the feeling of being uncomfortable in order to grow. 💆🏽‍♂️

No I don’t truly “love” how I look right now but I understand that not always looking the best can cause for better in the future!📶

Trusting my process not avoiding the process or skipping over the process!

Stay Devoted🖤
