Thank you for being patient - Thank you for being kind - Thank you for being honest - Thank you for being loving - Thank you for being weird - Thank you being funny - Thank you being beautiful - Thank you for growing with me - Thank you for pushing me - Thank you for the experiences I never would’ve gotten other wise - Thank you for everything - Thank you for being more than I wished for - Thank you for 5 years. I’m blessed to be able to wake up to you everyday. I not perfect. Nowhere near, but you accept me through my benefits and flaws. You’ve supported me at my lowest of times. You’ve helped me reach my highest of times, so Thank you. I love you. Happy 5 year anniversary @mi_amor_daisy taken in Dallas, Texas by @devotheking23

A year and a half ago I weighed 255 pounds and as of right now I’m sitting at 189 pounds. I am very proud of myself on changing my life around and now I have more muscle and endurance and I’m in the best shape of my life. The mind is powerful. I didn’t need a coach or crazy diet trend. Just pure hard work and dedication.
