All jokes aside, thank you so much @wipalv for the honor! The imposter syndrome was strong when this was first announced. But the ick has subsided, and I’m just so grateful to be recognized!

One of my intentions for 2025 was to be an active member of the wedding professional community, helping in any way I could to lift my fellow vendors. I showed up to every event, shared and posted the work of my team and others who shared their talent and time, and gave of my time and knowledge any who asked.

All I wanted was to feel like I gave as much as I received, and I’m still unsure if I accomplished that. I’m so grateful for this industry, and my friendors who welcomed me!

Couldn’t have done any of this without being a part of a wonderful team at @mplacepro . I will always credit @matthewwayneschenk with getting the ball rolling and building something great for me to help share with the world! by @devytakesphotos

Felt like my trip to New York deserved a permanent spot on my feed! I know it’s not technically photography related, but I did get to go because of it!

This wedding is the most so special wedding I’ve ever had the honor of capturing, because the groom is my baby brother @parker_behrens

There is something so magical about honing your craft and being able to bless your loved ones with it. Parker and @zoey.eb14 we’re two of my first subjects when I first picked up photography years ago. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would one day be photographing their marriage to each other!!!
