I'm only 6ft tall. Been dunking since I was 5'9. It was never natural it was something I worked towards when I was younger. Getting the vert and explosiveness up is easy with the correct program🙌🏾‼️

It has never been about how I look, it has only been about the feeling I get. It is a feeling that has never lied to me. It tells me the truth about how I'm doing mentally and if I've been taking care of myself physically. That's why it brings me joy. My discipline or inconsistencies will reveal itself to me every time I train my body & mind. It's not a bad day in the gym, it's a bad pattern you have to break in your life. On the other side, good days in the gym means you have positive patters in your life.
