Born to be a lover girl ❤️ Chosen to be a big dog 💪🏾

Did a thing and grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Had the privilege of standing in front of Harvard Business School as the founder of @thetalent_studio and guest lecturer — sharing frameworks and tools to help leaders identify and dismantle barriers to equitable talent systems and do the work together in the short term.

I’m not a big time founder (yet 😉). Not a Fortune 500 CEO. Not a household name entrepreneur. So why was I asked to walk into one of the most prestigious business schools in the world and share my expertise and experience with a room full of future CEOs and business leaders?!?

S/o to my village that reminded me that the answer will always be — why NOT me!! Whatever the rules are, babygirl you're the exception- and I love that for me 😎

Some seasons are a confirmation that not all who wander are lost. Whatever it is - Do it scared. Do it uncertain. Do it before you feel ready. Pray for it, then work for it — and never stop believing it’s yours. 🙏🏽

Life will hand you some things that look nothing like a blessing. But if you know me, you know I'm absurdly optimistic & I’m always gonna bet BIG on myself to turn all that shit into fertilizer and bloom right where I’m planted. 🌸

The rest… swipe through. God said what He said. 🩷🖤🩷🥂

The only thing better than a golf tournament is a golf tournament infused with wellness. We’re talking about yoga instruction, HIIT class, a Wellness Manor, hydration pavilion, match (gotta have match), and much more to get you activated.

SGA x Ateneo present: a golf joint at Bristow Manor

This event will sell out, fast. Link is now live! Link in bios.

Stepping into a new chapter as Chief Operating Officer of @sapphiregolftour and this one hit different in the best way!

I've spent my entire career in corporate America learning how to build things, remove barriers, develop people, and create systems and opportunities that actually work. And through all of it, I've watched golf be used as a barrier. A gatekeeper. The thing that kept Black women and people of color out of rooms, out of relationships, and out of opportunities that were happening right on the other side of a tee time we were never invited to.

That's exactly why this mission matters so deeply to me.

Here's the truth most people don't talk about: there has never been a clear, supported, funded pathway for Black women to get from where they are to the LPGA Tour. The infrastructure that other players take for granted has not existed for us. @sapphiregolftour was created to change that. To be that pathway. The developmental league, the competitive stage, the visibility, the resources and support, and the investment our players need to go all the way.

We're not waiting to be invited. We're building the road ourselves.

I'm so grateful to the leadership, the team, and to these ladies for trusting me to lead and build with them in this next chapter. That trust is not something I take lightly, and I plan to earn it every single day.

This is about Access. Legacy. Representation. And a future that should have always existed.

Grateful for the opportunity. Excited for what's ahead 💎⛳

Follow @sapphiregolftour and support our players and mission as we work to move the needle and create lasting impact 💙💎⛳️🥂

Daddy Caddy is back. ⛳️

Give your little one a day they’ll remember, on the course, by your side.

This experience is built for dads, father figures, and families to connect through golf, whether you’re picking up a club for the first time or already comfortable on the fairway.
