ATTENTION!

I will be out of town for the majority of July. Everything I create in my kitchen is hand made with lots of love and intention. Because everything I make takes 2-3 days I will not be able to create delights until the end of July. I’m so grateful for my loyal customers and the wonderful feedback!

I believe ALL charcuterie boards should have mini croissants on them. 🤭

@monikapalmer_ makes the best charcuterie boards 🙌🏼

*UPDATED ALMOND CROISSANTS*
Best yet to come in my opinion 🤭

Traditional almond croissants are day old plain croissants that get soaked in a golden rum syrup then filled with almond filling and baked.

But THESE beauties are hand rolled with the almond filling, proofed, then baked with almonds on top. Fresh out the oven they get a coat of golden rum syrup making it beautiful and shiny!

Exclusively sold at @americanoammunitioncoffee on Fridays and Saturdays while supplies last.

Feel free to tag me when you try one! I love chatting with you all!🫶🏽

🎄MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄

I will be offering frozen croissants for Christmas! These are perfect for a Christmas breakfast. Let them proof overnight and bake them in the morning. Let the house wake up to the beautiful smell of croissants on Christmas morning ❤️

The croissants come in a pack of 2 ( 2 plain and 1 chocolate) for $15. Included will be an instruction card on how to proof and bake.

As always, DM me with any questions 😊

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BAKERS🤍❤️🤍❤️

Here are just a few ways that would help us out❤️ I, like most cottage bakers, take pride in our ingredients and how our products are made. So much TLC poured into baking especially during the holiday seasons.

1. BUY LOCAL
2. TAG US ON SOCIAL MEDIA
3. BOOK CLASSES FOR HOLIDAY PARTIES

To find a local baker near you DM me! I’m apart of an amazing group of cottage bakers across the valley in AZ I can find you a baker anywhere from Peoria to Tucson!🤯

Tagging us on social media is HUGE! Marketing costs money but you know what’s free? Tagging us in your posts and stories❤️ plus we love to see all the creative yummy things you make!

Not every cottage baker offers classes but a lot do! Getting together in a group setting and learning how to make sourdough or croissants is such a fun setting to interact either with co workers or family members!
Croissant and sourdough classes are offered by yours truly! Feel free to reach out to get a quote🤍

PSA.. a lot of the times we’re listening to podcasts, music, or my favorite.. AUDIOBOOKS! This is your sign to send your favorite baker an audible gift card 😉
