Oh, how I long to see You, Lord Jesus. My treasure and priceless possession!
Your words are sweeter than the honeycomb, and Your presence is the most beautiful experience of all.

Oh, how I long for more of You…
You have always been here; You have never left.
How close You are, yet sometimes, how distant You seem.

I would give it all away just to behold You for a moment, even though You have always been here.

This divine game of hide-and-seek You sometimes seem to play only makes me long for You even more.

I count it all as loss for the surpassing greatness of knowing You, gaining You, and possessing more and more of You…

There is nothing here for us.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus, for we long to see You. taken in Church by @dewkkg

“Wait on God.”

Learn to trust God’s timing for your life. Even when it seems like others have gone ahead of you, choose to wait on Him.

We all have different paths, and God is writing each story differently.

Trust His timing, because His plans for you are always for your good. He will never put His name to shame.

In the stillness of the night,
when every other voice had faded,
a whisper settled in my heart:

“Are you ashamed of Me?”

My lips were quick to answer,
“No, Lord.”

But my soul lingered.

Because shame isn’t always spoken.
Sometimes it’s revealed in our silence...
in the moments we hide His name,
soften our convictions,
or dim the light we’re meant to carry.

How often have we tucked away the One who gave everything for us?
How often have we treated the Lover of our soul like a secret meant to be kept?

Don’t hide your Lover from the world.

Let them see Him in your words.
Let them meet Him through your life.
Let your affection for Christ be impossible to conceal.

Be unashamed of Jesus.
The One who stretched out His arms for you deserves a life that is unafraid to stretch His name across the earth.

… The rest of the world would catchup.

A man is never truly free if what he does is driven by the applause and validation of men.
True freedom begins when our motives are no longer tied to human approval.

One who lives for everything and everyone lives for nothing at all.
