On this children's day, I just want to reassure my abondanded inner child on a few things she would have never heard. No matter how hurt and anguished you'd felt to reach there but you are a real champ & also stronger than you feel.

You have come so far to raise another child of your own with so much love that you never had in your whole life. You are able to provide more for your child than you have had.

It doesn't matter anymore of who thinks what and who says what about you. You no longer need to prove your worth and no need for any more justification.
It's enough of trying to be a dutiful child. It's enough of being indulgent and benevolent. In the end, no one will give you any medal for being or even trying. After all, it was all ignored or taken for granted as your refund.

You are now in a place where you can fulfil your own dreams and not to lean on anybody to support your dreams and desires.

You have you and had yourself the whole time, and you've carried yourself with integrity of high standards.

I'll let you heal completely and glow with the brightest smile.

Whoever can relate to my feelings, I also want to remind you the same, you are worthier than you feel, and don't let the yearning spoil your spirit💖

Om sai ram 😇

We all might have heard that the family, friends, spouse and children are all you are meant to be with, in this birth.

But some people, their connection, actions and some interactions taunt us. It may even get worse and some people go to any extent to pull you down, break you down, do hard to bring disgrace to you, hurt and insult you, laugh at you, make you feel excluded and what not...you name it , they will do it.

But do you think that they will get away with it so easily?

I feel they do it for helping you but not just you but your SOUL. They are taking away your KARMA, helping you cleanse your bad karma, grabbing it from your plate to add it to theirs.

It might be hard to deal with it now , it is unfortunate, it's your bad karma from the past that you go through this now, but trust the process and let them have fun with it😀

5 years ago on this day, we visited the #shirdisaibabatrust temple in #Leipzig where I bought #saisatcharitra book and got #saiisstillalive book as a gift for our 4th weddinganniversary.

But 5 years later, I finished reading it today for the very first time.

I started it in Oct or Nov, 2025 and don't remember exactly what pushed me to start it. Since then many things had changed around me and I definitely know it is for my great good.

I had the blessings to visit and do arathi.
Can't be grateful enough.
Saibaba never failed to put me in the right spot and overwhlem me with joy.

And it was a bliss to see #mahaavatarbabaji in the temple. 6months into kriya meditation and it feels like I am being chosen to visit.

Finished 2025 in peace by completing #autobiographyofayogi audiobook. The audio book is available on YouTube for free.

And felt blessed by seeing #paramahamsayogananda in dream.

I am truly grateful for being introduced to the book #kriyayoga and getting to know the lives of yogis. It is just the beginning and wanting to learn and know more about siddhas and yogam.

In this book, paramahamsar has documented his childhood, how he was searching for his guru and so to reach God, the way he established his organisation in the west also his return trip to India and forth.

The best part of the book is that it brings many divine souls to our knowledge, and we get to know the richest values of our land and the ways to find peace and happiness through meditation, stillness and surrender.

It is definitely not easy moving forward with hopes only, but if you choose to keep going despite the challenges, obstacles, and failures, you'll eventually get there stronger and brighter.

It's your choice to decide either to dwell in the past or to move on with your life as it takes you.

On the other hand, never forget the lessons, make the most out of it, and process the journey to the fullest.

Interestingly, you will feel grateful when you are truly over it.

Posted @withregram • @dewyscribbler I'm a short-tempered like many of you and I get extremely provoked with any criticism. Moreover I go beyond and give back on spot also won't let any comments pass by without a return. I'm sure many of you reading this can immediately relate yourself to it.

On the other hand what I lose is my peace of mind, enthusiasm and the day pass on in a bad mood. The satisfaction of giving back isn't enough to calm down my mind and thoughts.

So I had been over thinking about this a lot lately. How could I handle this kind of putting my mood down and wasting my day away for nothing but any single word or opinion of others, without affecting my serenity?

In the final self analysis after many sleepless nights I realised three of the following things help me to overcome this 👇

1. DO NOT TAKE THE WORDS PERSONALLY TO THE HEART ; let anyone say their opinion or idea or remark or suggestions. They are investing their time & energy on you and it is their freedom of choice. You have nothing to do with it but listening to their views.

2. DO NOT OVER REACT OR ANSWER BACK. I know how hard it is to me especially even to type this. LOL. But trust me this is the perfect thing you can do to save your peace. Or cut shortly with yes, ok, alright or you are right. So then the conversation won't be prolonged to add more fuel to your mind.

3. DO NOT GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT. ie. Do not think, analyse & conclude why the person said so. The fact behind is that our thoughts are our real problems which provoke us but the words would have been lighter if you understand.

Finally let the comment pass by, ignore it could be the right word but I decided to just elaborate to make sure you get my point. I wanted to share how I have decided to handle critics is by just listening and dumping.

Try the same and let me know if it workouts for you 💝. Thanks for reading.

Had a time travel to school days now and then while watching #twentyonetwentyfive #kseries

Each character was unique and had their own challenges growing up together in the same neighbourhood.

Felt Missed having a #jiwoong , felt bad that I didn't practice any sports, was carried away with rage on #koyurim on behalf of #naheedo

I felt so much close to #jiseungwan loved her attitude towards friends and friendship. She was being the bridge or sparkle between all the others, liked her humour as well as her leadership quality. Such a refined character. ❤️

Couldn't relate so much, didn't understand well, or didn't like #baekyijin, especially for moving and quitting.

Was so angry with him by the last #episodes for choosing the hard way, but at least felt relived that he made efforts to talk through it before ending.

And honestly, that's the closure every #lovestory deserves.

It's already been a year since moving from Germany to the UK, leaving behind a house full of memories and things. We were very much on our comfort zone with a house all set and would have ended up in extended job contracts if we had wanted to stay, but we decided to step out of it and take the benefit of new opportunities and experience.

For me, it's 3rd time moving across oceans.

First time at the age of 20 I had to leave my motherland with no choice, next the country which gave me life, career, family and the confidence to step out again to start over married life. 3rd time, we did it together as a couple with aspiration and motivation.

Each time in every place I lived to the fullest, I did my best to mingle, seeking inclusion, and have tried hard to fit in with the #culture and #language, cherished every moment, and the people, friends and family around.

The 1st time from #India, the younger me felt like leaving a part of my soul and was so much in agony that my future was at stake. I cried over missing people, and most of them are not even in touch today with all the digital networks.

2nd time from #France, I was saturated because may be I wasn't even felt fitted and included. I was leaving the place with mixed tears after conscious decision and boldness that nobody could say where I belonged.

3rd time from #Germany with no tear but full of hope, memories, excitement, and dreams. Because I've invested my best in building the house from scratch, raising a child from a tissue, and developing a career after 5 years of career break.

Every time I grew up, I grew stronger. And bigger in number by making up my own family and my own home.

I might sometimes feel like a nomad because I might not have nowhere as my so-called own place.

But again, if life puts me anywhere and anytime(with my husband and son indeed). I can definitely start from scratch all over again because I have done it thrice in 3 different countries of different cultures, which spoke 3 different languages. #French #German #English

Healing starts from within and...

We can't heal someone else's trauma because we could get no closer to what they suffered from and what could actually calm them. For some of them, there could be nothing that could be of any help.

With some people, you'll realise you are of no help for them because their trauma is so mature and encarved, and dealing with them can be more challenging and you're tend to be easily haunted and influenced.

But we could extend the help by just being there and as a good listener until they reach a realisation and decide to start their self-healing journey.

On the other hand, we definitely have the choice to not to be carried over by their trauma and to be a victim of someone's trauma in the name of helping.

Dealing it better is not dealing with itself but distancing yourself from the wave of emotions.
