💪🏼🐾 BUILT BY MOVEMENT. MADE FOR ADVENTURE. 🐾🔥

Muscles are about so much more than looks. They’re part of what keeps a body strong, functional and ready for life. And yes, our four-legged athletes deserve their own fitness era, too. 🐶💥🦴

💥 MUSCLE = POWER. 💪 Muscles generate the force needed to run, jump, climb, dig, swim and explore. 🏃‍♂️🏊‍♂️🌿 Regular physical activity helps maintain muscle strength, endurance and coordination.

🦴 STRONG MUSCLES, BETTER SUPPORT. Muscles work together with bones, tendons and ligaments to stabilise joints and control movement. A well-conditioned body can move more efficiently and handle everyday physical demands. ⚡🐾

🏔️ MOVEMENT BUILDS MORE THAN MUSCLE. Walking, hiking and running place mechanical loads on bones. Alongside appropriate nutrition and recovery, this helps maintain healthy bone tissue. 🦴💪 Exercise also supports cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination. ❤️‍🔥

🔥 STRENGTH IS A LONG-TERM INVESTMENT. Maintaining muscle mass as dogs age helps preserve mobility, physical function and independence. 🐕‍🦺💚 Strength and conditioning aren’t just for athletes. They’re part of healthy ageing and a better quality of life. ✨

🐾 AND FOR OUR DACHSHUNDS? Their long backs and short legs make good conditioning particularly relevant. Strong muscles contribute to trunk stability and coordinated movement, while appropriate exercise helps maintain overall fitness. 🦴💪 The goal is to build strength without unnecessary strain on the spine. ❤️🩻

💧 TRAIN SMART. RECOVER WELL. Progressive, breed-appropriate exercise, sufficient rest, hydration and a complete, balanced diet all contribute to a healthy, capable body. 😴💦🥩 More intensity isn’t always better. Consistency is what counts. 🔁🔥

Because fitness isn’t just about how strong you look. It’s about everything your body can do. 💪🐶🌎

Now get out there, keep moving and have fun getting stronger together! 🏋️‍♂️🌿🏔️🐕‍🦺🚀

🤫☕️ A little secret from my hometown Graz… and I’m finally spilling the beans. 🐾🥐🪴

I’m not keeping my favourite coffee spot in my hometown Graz a secret from you! After an intense game of fetch at the park 🎾🛹, My Mom and I make a little pit stop at Dook’s before she heads off to work.🏃🏼‍♀️✨

While she enjoys her cappuccino, matcha or tea ☕️🍵 (and probably one of those delicious croissants 🥐), I get to kick back, relax and soak up the cozy café vibes. 🛋️🐾
The best part? Us four-legged locals are welcome, too. Obviously, a gentleman like me needs his own little coffee date. 😌🐾🐕🐩

A ball session, a happy belly, a cozy spot and quality time with My Mom before the day starts. 🎾🤎 Honestly, that’s what I call a pawsome morning.🌞💖

📍 Dook’s | Graz, my hometown
🥐 Griesgasse 7, 8020 Graz
☕️ Annenstraße 22, 8020 Graz

Okay, secret’s out. See you there, besties. 🐾✨

Swipe to unlock: the most boopable face on the planet. 🔓🐾 by @dexterderdackel

Was will ein Dackelherz mehr? 🥹🫶🏻

Omas Teekanne, ich komme definitiv wieder.
Allein schon wegen der Kekse. 🤭🐶✨

I’m excited to share a product that has become a lovely addition to Dexter’s routine! 🐾✨

Dexter used to struggle with digestive issues, so finding products that support his well-being is always important to me. The Belly Comfort Soft Bites from @petsdeli have been a great addition to his routine, and I’m happy to share our experience with you! 💖😋

If your pup could use a little extra tummy support, you can try them too! Use my code DEXTERDERDACKEL to get 20% OFF your first order at @petsdeli. 🛍️🐾

Dexter, with his big personality, stubborn little heart and that look that says he owns the world, somehow found a girl who makes standing still feel like an adventure. And there she is, right by his side, matching his energy one tiny paw at a time.

A little mischief, a little attitude, and a love that doesn’t need to be perfect to be something special. Just two dachshunds, side by side, making even the darkest autumn days feel a little warmer.🐾🦦💌

Built for the wild. ⛰️🍂

There’s a reason Dachshunds were bred to hunt. They’re bold, persistent, and tougher than people give them credit for. So no, being a Dachshund doesn’t mean being made for the couch. Some of us were made for the mountains. 🐾

Of course, every dog is different, and fitness, health and proper preparation matter. But don’t underestimate a Dachshund who knows what he’s capable of.

So consider this your sign to take your little hunting dog on an autumn hike. Fresh air, muddy paws and a trail worth exploring.

Dexter’s kind of therapy. 🤎

🐉🍂🕯️ What can your dog NOT do yet,
but absolutely should be able to? 🪄🌙

Honestly, Dexter is such a good boy. 🖤 He gets along amazingly with other dogs, never eats things off the ground, knows a ridiculous number of commands and is an absolute sweetheart in everyday life. 🍁🐾

But there is ONE thing that is still a complete mystery to me… 🔮

THE RECALL. 🐉💨

He knows exactly what “come” means. He CAN do it. But whether he actually comes back or decides to disappear on his own little side quest… well, apparently, that’s entirely up to him. 🌲🌫️😂

So, unfortunately, I can’t really trust him off-leash yet. My little dragon has a mind of his own, and apparently, no amount of magic can convince him otherwise. 🧙🏻‍♀️🍂🕯️

Until then, I’ll keep trying to unlock the secret spell for a reliable recall. ✨📜🐉

Now tell me: What’s the ONE thing your dog still refuses to master? 👀🖤 Let’s hear your tales of tiny dragons and their magical little minds. 🌙🍄‍🟫🔮
