Hello November
A day of November I was born , guess which day?! by @df_options965

Okay this post doesn’t have to be wow I am too busy for that! So just wanted to share as a mom my experience and thoughts / ideas about lunchboxes that I have been packing for my kids for years!
& all these ideas you see on this post and this account in general is 💯 % dairy free!

Okay let’s talk about why I don’t send my kids to school with juice boxes ?!
Simply because i would rather they eat their fruits and vegetables & drink their water! I think It’s far more beneficial for them! 🤍✨ by @df_options965

Living dairy-free doesn’t mean my whole family does too 🤍

When I grocery shop, I usually get a little bit of both — dairy-free for me, and whatever works for my family.

For them, dairy-free is an option.
For me, it’s a way of living. 🌿

And after all these years, it’s just become part of my everyday life.

———

Fall will forever be my favorite season 🍂

It’s my birth season. While the leaves were falling and nature was getting ready for a new season, I was getting ready to be born. 🤎

So I made a simple, cozy, dairy-free fall setup with some of my favorites:

Organic black tea
Dried apple slices
Roasted unsalted cashews
Pretzels
Veggie stick chips
Homemade organic mini chocolate chip cupcakes

Simple, cozy, dairy-free, and very me. ☕️🍁

How old were you when you learned how to fold plastic bags like this? 👀♻️

My grandma taught me this trick when I was around 15, and I’ve been folding them this way ever since. 🤍

They take up much less space, stay organized, and most importantly, we can keep them and reuse them instead of throwing them away.

Did you already know this trick? 👀

POV: Some people go to TJ Maxx for the designer finds… I go straight to the snack aisle. 😂

Honestly, I find some of the BEST unexpected snacks at TJ Maxx — especially dairy-free, vegan, organic, and simple-ingredient options that I don’t always come across during my regular grocery runs.

This trip had so many good finds! From organic coconut water and one-ingredient fruit snacks to vegan treats, protein snacks, and more. And yes… I even found the clips to close all the snack bags. 😂

Living dairy-free means I’m always reading labels and looking for new alternatives wherever I shop, so I thought… why not start sharing my finds with you?

📍TJ Maxx finds
Products and availability may vary by store.

Which one would you try first? 👀

TJ Maxx

This morning I woke up so exhausted and decided to prepare a fun simple lunchbox while putting it together my youngest son came to me and said “May God reward you with goodness, Mama. The food is delicious.” 🤍
Sometimes we don’t realize that our kids do appreciate what we do for them they just don’t show it all the time.
May we always be there for them even when they don’t need us! 🤍

A little reminder: make your snacks as healthy as possible for you and your family — because you all deserve good health and good food. 🤍🌿

Being away from our families & home is the hardest thing ever! But we are grateful that this is temporary & we’re trying to make the most of this adventurous journey 🤍✨ by @df_options965
