Dance is so much more than steps and routines. It’s confidence, friendships, courage, growth, and having a place where everyone belongs! ✨🫶🏼

We’re so thankful for the little lives we get to encourage, cheer on, and pour into every week! We hope everyone is having a great fall break! We can’t wait to see you back in the studio!💚🍂

FIRST CONVENTION OF THE SEASON… AND THEY SHOWED UP! 🔥 @reflectiondanceconvention

Our dancers kicked off convention season today, and WOW… what a way to start! 🖤💚

From taking class, pushing themselves outside of their comfort zones, learning from incredible teachers, making memories, and soaking up every second, our dancers brought the ENERGY! ⚡️

Gracie and Kayleigh represented so well as assistants! We are so proud! Several call outs! And 3 wow dancers! Way to go!

We had an AMAZING night of dance at the Lincoln Health Foundation’s “Dancing for a Cause” fundraiser. All of the dancers shined and we are so proud! Even Mrs. Tiff and Mrs. Kaitlyn hit the stage and the crowd went wild! We love these dancers and our community!🤍💚🖤 by @dfdancecompany_23
