Performance over postings. This year reminded me that performance isn’t just about goals hit or miles logged—it’s about how, intentionally, I showed up for the people who matter. Being proud of the effort put into being a better husband, brother, godparent, friend and colleague, and of the small daily choices that strengthened those relationships. Every conversation, celebration, challenge, and quiet moment became a chance to be more present, supportive, and intentional. Grateful for the growth, the love, and the community around me—and improve on that energy into the next year.

Running has always been a powerful platform for connecting people from diverse backgrounds, and I believe that by working together, we can continue to create more inclusive and welcoming spaces for all runners and athletes.

Excited to announce that I’m running the 2024 NYC Marathon in support of the Running Industry Diversity Coalition. As a born and raised New Yorker, it’s a privilege to be a part of an amazing initiative and an opportunity to continue opening doors. I have a goal of raising $3K by Sep 1. Please join me in helping to make the sport of running a more safe, inclusive, and accessible space for everyone.

Additionally, shout out to @teamwrk for making this happen. Train Hard and Love it 🙌🏾🙌🏾.
