26 weeks later. 60 pounds down. No shortcuts, no tricks, no magic plan—just showing up and doing what needed to be done, even when I didn’t feel like it.

There were highs where everything felt locked in, where the routine felt easy and I could see progress week by week. And there were lows where motivation wasn’t there at all, where I questioned if it was even worth it, where I had to rely on discipline more than anything else just to get through the day.

It wasn’t a straight line. It was ups and downs, good days and bad days, momentum and setbacks. But I never let a bad day turn into a bad week. I just kept going.

I learned that progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being consistent when it’s inconvenient, when it’s uncomfortable, and when nobody is watching.

Still the same person, just a better version built through patience, effort, and time. Nothing flashy. Nothing loud. Just work. by @dfortney_66
