BREAKING: Federal prison DENIED Song's ballistics expert access to his client and Trump appointee Judge Mark Pittman DENIED defense the ability to argue self-defense after trial revealed officer drew and aimed at the back an unarmed, fleeing protester.

The government failed to preserve, did not produced, falsified, tampered with and hid evidence that support Song shot at the ground, not at the police officer, in self-defense and with no intent to harm anyone, in fact the intent was to save a life.

This trial was rigged.

While federal sentencing for the Prairieland defendants has passed, the defendants are still filing appeals!

Not only that, there are state trials upcoming for everybody. Please don’t let the momentum and attention on this case wane!

The defendants need to raise funds for both appeals and state lawyers, which are extremely costly. Not only that, the timeline to appeal is closing in, making the need to pay for lawyers even more pressing.

Dallas!!! 💚 On October the 10th we will be at the Fahim J Minkah park with The People’s Ballot. A political education party to come out and learn ways you can get involved in your community. Bring the whole family and participate in arts and crafts 🎨, reading activities 📚 with books you can take home, and live entertainment. 🎶 There will be a basketball tournament for the youth, ages 8-16, winners take home a prize! 🏆 Families take home free groceries and clothes until all items run out. 💚💚💚 by @dfwsupportcommittee

This past June, PLC filed a Motion to Quash the Indictment of our client Elizabeth “Liz” Soto for her state case arguing the Indictment is defective and the the state’s Terrorism statute violates the right to freedom of speech.

Liz is one of the nine Prairieland defendants who was federally sentenced to 50 years in prison after a noise demonstration outside the Prairieland Detention Center on the night of July 4, 2025.
