2023 was the year we tried very hard to push for more AGG teams and I’m glad we did - seemed almost impossible to choreograph 2 new routines for Mira & Aquila in just 3-4 sessions and clean up the routines in slightly over a month but I’m thankful for my team of coaches for making the impossible happen and for the support of the parents. Not forgetting the seniors who stepped up to lead warmup and trainings- truly a team effort ⭐️ We’ll push for greater heights in 2024! by @dga.cecilia

We are proud to share that our Founder & Head Coach Ms Cecilia Chia served as a Judge at the Asian Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from 2-4 May 🇺🇿👏🏻 Well done Team Singapore 🇸🇬! by @dga.cecilia

In fact, gymnastics is widely regarded as one of the best foundational sports because it develops the movement skills that children carry with them for life.

Starting early isn’t about chasing medals or producing elite athletes. It’s about giving your child the opportunity to build confidence, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and body awareness during the years when their brains and bodies are developing the fastest.

Whether they eventually choose gymnastics, dance, football, swimming, martial arts, or any other sport, these fundamental skills become the building blocks that make learning easier and movement more enjoyable.

That’s exactly why I brought my own daughter to gymnastics before she even turned 2 😂 As a coach, I’ve seen firsthand how much children gain from simply learning to move well—and as a mother, I wanted to give her that same foundation.

When did your little one start exploring movement? I’d love to hear in the comments! 👇

Every gymnast has a different story, a different goal, and a different challenge to overcome 💪🏻

One of the things I love most about private coaching is the opportunity to truly understand each athlete as an individual. It’s not just about refining technique or building strength—it’s about discovering what motivates them, identifying what’s holding them back, and helping them grow with confidence.

The physical training is important, but so is the mental preparation. Learning to trust the process, stay resilient through setbacks, and perform under pressure are just as valuable as mastering a skill.

Watching each gymnast become stronger, both physically and mentally, is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do 💫

Every session is more than just training—it’s a step towards becoming the best version of themselves.

POV: Your 2-year-old gymnast narrates her first gymnastics class... and it's the cutest thing you'll hear today 🥹🎤🤸‍♀️

Little A may only be 2 years old, but she was determined to join our Little Gym Explorers class—and she followed along so well! 💛

From balancing and climbing to rolling and jumping, every activity is designed to build confidence, coordination and fundamental movement skills through fun and play.

✨ Little Gym Explorers is designed for children aged 3–5 years (but Little A just couldn't wait to join the adventure)😂
