i was overweight, unhealthy, and miserable… until i declared war on my weaker self.
no more drinking. no more smoking. no more seeking validation from others.
just discipline, consistency, and self-respect.
over a year later… the journey continues 💪🏾

Sunday Funday at @childrensmuseumhouston was a blast! From interactive games to water parks and work labs, there was never a dull moment for my son and I. Not to mention the amazing hospitality from the staff. Can’t wait for our next adventure here!

(Ps. The Pay Phone 📞 took me back lol)
Special shout to @thecore94 🎟️

I had the pleasure of sitting down with Mrs. Laurel Williams at @thecore94 , and this was a conversation you don’t want to miss! 🔥

Laurel is a car sales professional, mother, radio personality, and community activist who wears many hats while continuing to chase her dreams.

During our conversation, she opened up about her testimony and journey into the automotive industry, what it takes to balance career, family, motherhood, and personal growth, and the future dreams she’s working toward.

And if you’re in the market for a vehicle, make sure you follow Laurel Williams and tap in with her! 🚘

This was more than an interview—it was a conversation about purpose, perseverance, family, and building a future on your own terms.

🎙️ Watch the full interview and get to know the woman behind the journey!

They say only one percent of the world can bench press 225lbs. But did you know that only .01% can bench press 315lbs? 🏋🏽
