I'm so excited to officially announce that I will be returning to the University of Michigan this fall to start working on a Masters degree in Voice! I'm no less than thrilled to return to an amazing school with brilliant faculty, dedicated students, and even well fed squirrels. I can't wait to dig in come fall! #goblue #smtd #opera taken in Ypsilanti, Michigan by @dgooterb

It's closing night for Marriage of Figaro at Michigan Opera Theatre. I've had a blast doing both Rigoletto and Figaro here and look forward to more of the chorus when Tosca comes around! #singing #opera #iusehashtagsnowiguess taken in Detroit Opera - Detroit Opera House by @dgooterb

What an amazing feeling to cast my vote in my first ever presidential election. I'm so glad that I got to do it with my spectacular mother and ever thankful to live in this nation where my voice can be heard. #imwithher taken in Adams Elementary School by @dgooterb
