🤍 2 WHITE CARD 🤍

My First @freediving_society Pool Championship 2026.

Not my Personal Best but My First White Card.

After experiencing a blackouts and considering my medical conditions, my instructor Coach @doppo_andrew always said “Don’t Push it!” - so yes, i listened.

I listened and i learned to lower my expectations to compete.

All i wanted is a White Card. I dive safe. happy. smile.

And that’s a ✨ win ✨ for me.

Today i learned this freediving competition was never about competing with others.

It’s always me listen to my body. It’s ME vs my EGO.

I really did believe in myself and it worked 💖

If 2024 me could meet 2026 me.

She wouldn’t believe the turn my life was about to take.
But, i know she’d be so proud of the work.
She put in become a better version of herself.

2years fighting my way back from iron deficiency🩸

Still Standing.
Got rid of tonne bad habit and have formed a tonne of good ones.
Met some insanely amazing people now i call friends who motivates me to keep improving.
