I was always taught to cop the work, knock it off, and cop some more. But even with everything I gained, I was still left mentally piss-poor and empty.
Until Mom from the heavens said, “Look, I’ve opened a new door. Walk through it, and you’ll begin to see more than you ever have before. But this time, it’s a different type of raw—the type God provides from our seashore.”
Now you can help people become more, relieve the stress they no longer have to endure, and even have the law respect what you have in store. Now you can shine brighter than you ever have before.
But stay focused, because the devil is right next door, waving you back in with a big ol’ grin. This time, your third eye will see the sin and recognize that route is one you can never win.
So I realize that sea moss is my way. It keeps my energy from leading me astray, and it keeps me obedient to my mother—even though I didn’t listen to her on her dying day. But now I realize she’s still here today, just in a greater way.

BTW I do enjoying writing ✍️ a lot just never really share them with others. I feel it makes you vulnerable but it can help you build resilience and relieve stress. by @dgrayny

Outside is cool for making money & traveling but the real love ❤️ is at home 🏠 the streets don’t love you! Nor do you need them to because all you need is right in front of you all you do is have to open your eyes 💫 learn to play the cards you were dealt remember you can still win even when you think you was dealt a bad hand 🃏 #grateful by @dgrayny

Funny how life goes since about the age of 15 I’ve consistently drank & smoked just up until a few years ago I stopped maybe and occasionally drink here and there but rare that I do I thought that was living life so you can only imagine my mindset but somehow God still protected me thoughout with a few hard lessons but eventually it was time to switch up for more reasons than just myself I have children and grandchildren watching that look up to me so I must lead by example and honestly I don’t miss it at all maybe I’ve done it long enough where it became old and it’s not conducive or productive for the life I see in my future and through all of that who would have thought that DrSeaMoss would enter my life and change my life for the greater not judging anyone who still indulge that’s not what this is about is just about changing and it’s always great to make change to evolve into a better version of me I got tried of justifying something that I know wasn’t good for me that was holding me back from being a greater me so I just dropped old habits and replaced them with better ones #changeisgood by @dgrayny
