$I’ve always struggled to get my suspension feeling just right, so spending a day with a Rich @rsrbikeworks using telemetry to dial it in properly was a no brainer 🤗 Telemetry uses sensors fitted to your bike to record exactly what your suspension is doing while you ride. We smashed out 11 runs of Ski Run at Forest of Dean, and after each run Rich checks the data and makes changes till it’s perfect. Its a great deal for two people, it’s just a fraction of the cost of buying a bike! Minehead @southernenduro Champs is an epic event!

It achieved exactly what I wanted… to get motivated to get fitter on the bike 💪🏼After riding only the ebike all winter I noticed my power was lacking on the bike. So I thought, lets do a race on an analogue and push myself🥵!

The trails were insanely good and challenging. 8 stages and up to 4.5mins long! (Depending how fast you are😆

I actually wasn’t sure I could even complete it, day 1 was hard! But I did and it made me realise I can do anything when I put my mind to it 🙌 to give you an idea in total I did 6,512 ft of climbing and 23.5miles over the 2 days.

One goal was to decrease the gap between me and speedy @gemlikesbikes 💨 which I did 🙌

And of course, the included camping was such a bonus. Great trails, great friends, great weekend. I’ll definitely be back every year! ❤️

How it started… vs how it ended. 😂➡️🙌

After accidentally going way too fast into these jumps (definitely not recommended 😅), I wasn’t about to let that be my last run on Dragons Back.

A quick ego reset, a few deep breaths, and we went again.

This time I had @dh_demi out front towing me in, helping me get my confidence back and reminding me to trust the speed. 🙌❤️

Turns out the best way to get over a crash is to get back on the bike and get over that fear!

Safe to say a few more attempts went a little better… and yes, I finally got to hit the big jump at the bottom again! 🤘🔥

Massive thanks to Demi for the tow-in and the confidence boost. Everyone needs a riding buddy like that. 🩷

I can’t believe this is mine and I can’t believe its 2nd hand! Mostly ready now with matt @invisiframe and gold decals added. First weekend in Wales tomorrow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🥳

I sold my Nomad as now I have an ebike it seemed silly having two nearly identical bikes, so now I think I have the perfect set up, short travel trail bike, enduro ebike, DH rig and Dirt Jumper! 💚💙💜

A long winter without any uplift days had me feeling super rusty with the speeds and bigger jumps! Everything felt way more gnarly and janky than I remembered 😆
