Alright you’ll need to be seated for this one or bookmark it for later because I’m about to go into the deep waters. What a season it was and the memories that blossomed out of it. I could do the obvious and start with how special this team is but for me I have to begin with all the folks behind the scenes. The incredible human beings that worked tirelessly to ensure that you got the most out of your ball park experiences and had the most memorable time during this postseason run. The countless hours, meetings, little to no rest, injuries, juggling life outside of the job and relentless pursuit to make sure you had a great time cannot be ignored. Hope you can all be proud of what you were able to accomplish for our fans. For all of that I say THANK YOU!

FANS! This season was so special and it was because of the synergy that you created. Our building was packed on a daily basis this year and you made sure that you were heard from the first pitch til that very last one. What I’ll remember most about this season is the infectious atmosphere you created and throughout this postseason run the new fans we welcomed along this magical journey. I’m excited for all the new memories that will be shared in seasons to come.

And of course our AMAZING BLUE JAYS TEAM! It’s quite crazy how this team turned it around from last season. This experience literally flipped us on our heads. 49 come back wins, down 0-2 in the ALCS and then down 3-2 this team ALWAYS GAVE US A REASON TO BELIEVE. This team started their season in February and made it to November! The type of characters you need in a locker room and the resiliency required to make that kind of run is special. They proved to us all season long that quitting wasn’t an option and for that we are all extremely grateful!

What this season has done for the future of baseball fandom in this country and selling prospects on playing in front of our rabid fan base will have an immense impact. I know it’s hard to ignore the final result, but there’s so much good to takeaway from this season. Choosing not to be sad for what if, happy for what was! ⚾💙 by @dhanung

Still feels like I'm dreaming so don't wake me up! Man, when I tell you that @selenajasminee and I were PRAYING for a Game 6 to get just one crack at hosting Jurassic Park we were SO grateful and excited for the opportunity. And boy was it ELECTRIC! Not the result we wanted but the experience is one I'll never forget. Big shout out to everyone who made this possible and all the incredible staff behind the scenes who made us look good and the job effortless. BIG thanks to @akilaugustine for babysitting us rooks and guiding us to success. And the fans who attended, y'all showed up and were an absolute riot! Thank you Raps Nation!!! 💜❤️🏀🦖 taken in Jurassic Park by @dhanung

A champion has been crowned and the awards have been handed out. Which means the @cebleague season has officially concluded and my 6th time covering it. What a season it was, it certainly had its highs and lows but grateful for another year of covering it. This one was especially unique because for the first time I was tasked to focus on a specific team and this season that was Brampton. What a joy it was getting to know this ball club and the incredible minds behind. Want to thank everyone in the organization for giving me the access and trust to share their stories and assist me in doing my job better. Have the utmost amount of respect for all of you and wish you all the best in the offseason. To all the other players and teams in this league, I continue to be grateful for your time and professionalism when we engage in conversation. And of course had a blast taking coverage of the league to another level joining the @targetscorepod network and chopping it up on a weekly basis with my guy @mattbonomi and the rest of the crew out in Winnipeg & Vancouver. Never take it for granted and look forward to next season! 🏀🇨🇦 taken in Canada by @dhanung
