POSTS STORIES REELS

Choubey Colony is home to many 3rd or 4th Generation residents. Our Karbala Talab/ Swami Atmanand Sarovar and its surrounding is a repository of memories, passed down to the next gen.

It is treated as a dumping yard. Smells worse than a nala and is located in one of the oldest residence area of Raipur.

Despite the neglect, it still showers us with love, maintaining our water table and home for birds absorbing all the noises from the rushed lane of GE Road.

A most sincere request to the authorities to include the residents in mobilizing awareness. Let us help each other in building a safe ecosystem.

Recently attended the "Promise of Commons" at the Chhattisgarh Tribal Research and Training Institute, Nava Raipur.

I wonder if we are capable of treating our shared resources with the same responsibility in urban setting?

Still buzzing from the energy at Purkhouti Muktangan! 🌟

@raipursahityautsav

From the "Aadi se Anaadi Tak" theme to the incredible sessions on tribal literature and modern cinema, the Raipur Sahitya Utsav 2026 showed us the true vision of Chhattisgarh. This land is rising, and our literature is the bridge between our history and our future!

Special highlight was our brief chat with @satyajeetdubey we spoke about how Chhattisgarh’s "promise" is now transcending pages and canvases.

- @twinie_pandeys for pictures and their collaboration with Dharohar Talks!

जय जौहर 🙏✨️🌾

In honour of Janjatiya Gaurav Divas, celebrated nationwide on 15th November, the Dharohar team visited the newly inaugurated C.G. Tribal Museum and the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Memorial & Tribal Freedom Fighters Museum @cgtribalmuseum

Walking through the museums was a journey through the expected and the unexpected. Beyond the familiar timelines of pre- and post-independence, we discovered the deeper roots of a land shaped by resistance.

Here, history feels stereoscopically layered with what conservation meant to our ancestors and how they led rebellions against the tyranny of the East India Company and the Maratha Empire for over 200 years.

The striking representations of tribal women leaders, warriors, and custodians of culture. Their ornaments and clothing, especially the Pata drape worn by Gond, Muria, and Maria women, reflect an era untouched by Victorian ideas of modesty.

Reminds us the resilience and the indigenous legacy to be remembered, celebrated, and passed on.

Dharohar Talks building a civic dialogue platform connecting youth, policy, and community. Encouraging informed discussions on social development, governance, and cultural identity.

The pilot project, themed “छत्तीसगढ़ के पच्चीस बरस: मोर सोच मं, मोर कल्पना”, invited students from classes 9-12th to envision the Chhattisgarh of their dreams. Students poured their hearts into expressing what Dharohar meant to them, envisioning a cleaner and greener state, better civic sense, road safety, women’s safety, improved government education, and promotion of bio-gas fuels.

Today, Dharohar Talks marks a promising start in building a platform where youth voices lead the way toward a brighter, more responsible Chhattisgarh.

3 स्कूल - 2 छत्तीसगढ़ की बेटियों - 1 सोच ‐"छत्तीसगढ़ के पच्चीस बरस: मोर सोच मं, मोर कल्पना"...

Presented our vision to MLA Rajesh Munat ji, who appreciated our out-of-the-box thinking and encouraged our journey ahead.

Team Dharohar takes its first step in Raipur West, exploring how youth energy can drive real community impact.
Mobilizing youth means more than participation. It’s about informed action, responsible dialogue, and civic engagement.

Guided by Participatory Governance and Youth Engagement Frameworks, we’re bridging policy with people one step at a time. 💬

BTS of our visits for Dharohar Talks filled with divine conversations, where I know You’re listening, my Shivshakti. This is part of our initiative dedicated to giving back to our homeland, celebrating 25 years of Chhattisgarh with pride and purpose.

In 2025, two lawyers, @rupalvijaypandey and @yashprada_j10, connected through their shared passion for engaging the public and inspiring new ideas. Their ideas united by the simple affirmation: हम छत्तीसगढ़िया हैं! (We are from Chhattisgarh!)

Dharohar Talks invites us to consider: “What are you giving back to your homeland?”

As proud daughters of छत्तीसगढ़, we are excited to host seminars, workshops, and community interactions. Our aim is Social Mobility.

We’ll share our journeys beyond our roots, building careers, and strengthening our commitment to giving back to the land that raised us.

Join us in celebrating our heritage🌱!
