POSTS STORIES REELS

I’d never normally post something like this, but I feel like I have to share the progress.

The first two photos are me at the heaviest I’ve ever been. Eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Drinking fizzy drinks non-stop. No gym, no diet, and honestly, not really looking after myself.

Fast forward 10 months and the last photo is me at the lightest I’ve ever been — 24kg down. Eating a lot better, cutting out fizzy drinks, training and going to the gym 5 days a week, and finally putting myself first.

I’m still nowhere near where I want to be, and my end goal still feels a long way away. But this has taught me that consistency really does pay off. Most importantly, putting in the hard work pays off.

Still a long way to go, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. 💪🏼
