“My practice is my prayer.” — Sri Dharma Mittra
The older I get, the more I understand what he meant.
Yoga has never been about perfect poses for me. Most of it happens quietly, away from everything.
It's one of the few things I keep returning to. One of the few things that has stayed with me through every version of myself.
I don't know who I'd be without this practice.
Deeply grateful for the teachers, the lessons, and the grace of finding something I can devote my life to.
