My greatest flex will always be these two. ❤️

Denzel came back in town for the Grambling vs. PV game at the Cotton Bowl, but one thing he made sure of was getting some time in with his little sister.

As they get older, moments like this hit a little different. Different ages, different stages of life, but when we get a chance to be together, I’m going to appreciate every minute of it.

My son. My daughter. My family tree. 🌳❤️

🎂🐾 Drax is ONE! 🐾🎂

Somehow this big, fluffy dude has officially been running our house for a whole year. 😂

In just 12 months, Drax has mastered eating everything, being everywhere he’s not supposed to be, demanding attention whenever he feels like it, and somehow convincing us that HE actually owns the house.

But I wouldn’t trade him for anything. He’s brought a whole different kind of energy, personality and love into our family. And judging by the way he’s hugging me in this picture…I think he knows exactly how spoiled he is. 😂

How many birthdays have we celebrated together now?! I’m so grateful that I get to celebrate you every single year and bring a little sunshine to your special day.

It’s always fun bringing the vibes and figuring out how to make your day extra special by showing up with a little something extra just for you! Thank you to your momma and daddy for creating you because I get to have this fine specimen, a man with a brilliant mind and super strength!

Back in Austin and back doing one of the things I love to do!

This weekend I had the privilege of judging both the Adela Garcia Natural and Adela Garcia Classic alongside an incredible panel of IFBB Pro League judges. The athlete quality was outstanding from start to finish, and the energy throughout the weekend never let up.

Huge thank you to @msfitnesso8 for having us out and for continuing to raise the bar with these events.

It was also great spending time with the legendary 8-Time Ms. Olympia @themsolympia and being part of a weekend that celebrated the very best of our sport.

Shout out to @aroundthenpc_jm and @gilcoproductions for capturing the moments that athletes will remember forever and @d_amelio_manion and @npcnewsonlineofficialpage for providing world-class coverage.

Austin always feels like home when I visit. There’s just something special about this city, and I never pass up an opportunity to come back.

Congratulations to every athlete who stepped on stage. You may only get a few minutes under the lights, but we know the months and years of sacrifice it took to get there.
