2016!! JV team we were dawging the city but nobody knew who you/we was. We did Coach Pat did a few did . We were niceee, made it to the Elite 8 but we wanted more so we kept working! Jr year you started off hot but you got hurt. Again nobody got to know who you were… We played football & basketball all 4 years so we never sat down and we ate McDonald’s everyday after practice😂, got on the train and the bus 9 at night just to do it all over again the next day . Senior year Felt like jv year all over again! We understood the mission and we balled out & got that Regional Championship.
Then watching you play at the highest level of college basketball and dominating night in and night out you amazed me and made people believe! Everything we worked on and talked about over the summer, especially the last summer right before the B.S, you really locked in and knew what had to be done. Brotha YOU got it done ! ✅ You’re forever a GOAT in my Books, Lp Books & now ILL🟠🔵 Books too! Upside down, sideways, straight, doesn’t matter you did it. Hang it up! Now you Just finished first half of year 1 in the NBA and you’re rocking it!! We already know what everybody else is about to find out! Just the beginning👏🏾 #ThatTIME #Believe taken in Far North Side, Chicago, Illinois by @dhworkouts

I had the coolest opportunity this week to photograph a basketball skills camp organized by the Champaign Park District! Getting to capture these young players putting in the work and having so much fun was an amazing experience, and even more special was seeing the Illinois Men’s Basketball team step in as coaches for the day. Thank you to the Champaign Park District for putting together something so meaningful, and to the Illinois Basketball team for giving these kids an experience they’ll never forget. 💙🧡 @dhworkouts @champaignparkdist @illinimbb by @dhworkouts
