We have a 14 year old in the house!! 🎉We celebrated Alexander with cake and some local friends on Saturday, and then a quiet family day for his birthday complete with calls from family across the country and even from his biggest brother on a train in Italy 🚄 🇮🇹Although he’ll always be the youngest, he’s working hard at not being the shortest!! 🤣Scroll through for a fun memory from his 7th birthday 🎂 by @di_garnett

Packing has officially begun… because our next chapter is taking us back to South Australia. ❤️Tonight, while Derek and two of our boys are home, we had a small farewell with some of our local friends. There are still more goodbyes to come, but after everyone left, I had a bit of a realisation…Every single person who joined us tonight came into our lives because I said yes to a network marketing business. Some directly, others through the incredible connections it’s created.Without that one decision, I wouldn’t know these amazing people… and we probably never would have ended up living on the Gold Coast either.People see the activewear, but what I see are the friendships, the opportunities, the growth, and a community that has genuinely changed our lives.Feeling incredibly grateful for the people this journey has brought into ours. ✨ What a journey! Henley 2026 🇬🇧Three weeks in the UK. Countless training sessions. Borrowed boats and oars. Jet lag. Summer heat. New conditions. And memories that will last a lifetime.Henley Royal Regatta didn’t disappoint.✅ Defeated Winchester College by 2½ lengths.✅ Defeated Shrewsbury School by half a length.🏁 Finished as quarter-finalists after being beaten by the eventual champions, St Paul’s School.To finish in the final 8 of the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup at the world’s most prestigious rowing regatta is something to be incredibly proud of.Watching Max race on the iconic Henley course has been an experience we’ll never forget (even though it was just in the livestream). So proud of the commitment, resilience and determination shown by him and the entire Sydney University Boat Club crews.Thank you to everyone who supported this journey—whether through donations, encouragement or simply cheering from afar. Ever put on a piece of clothing and instantly feel like moving your body? 🤸‍♀️✨A walk. A run. A gym session. A yoga class. A bike ride. Whatever movement looks like for you.That’s how I feel every time I put on my Light n Tight leggings.Truthfully, it’s been a while since I’ve worn them. Lately I’ve been reaching for shorts, joggers, and other comfy pieces, and I’ve probably been doing a little more sitting than moving too. 😅I pulled these out today while getting ready for a party I’m running this week, and wow… I remembered exactly why I fell in love with them.The support. The comfort. Second year of Rowing showing Max the world is locked in 🫶🏻🚣🏽‍♀️Next month 2 crews from Sydney Uni Boat Club men’s squad are England bound for the Henley Royal Regatta. Max will be part of the Junior Men’s 8+ competing in the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup. We are of course very proud and super excited for him and both crews travelling! It is sure to be a memorable experience for them all. Sadly we aren’t able to travel & spectate this year. And yes I have FOMO, especially given that London is my favourite city in the world 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 by @di_garnett
