We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our school has been officially shortlisted in the finalists category for this prestigious award! Being recognized on this exclusive list is a phenomenal achievement for our entire institution.

This milestone is a true testament to the incredible teamwork, relentless dedication, and shared passion of the entire DIA community. Having won this award previously, we are incredibly proud of our track record and are keeping our fingers crossed to secure it for the second consecutive year!

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our amazing students, supportive parents, dedicated staff, and our vision-driven group management. It is your collective effort that makes success like this possible.

DIA Student Spotlight: Building a Global Economics Movement

Youth Economy Lab (YEL) is a registered student led nonprofit co-founded by our very own Year 13 student Yuvraj Bharadia, now one of the Asia's largest student-run economics organisations! 👏

What started in Dubai has grown into:
- 8,000+ members
- 103+ countries
- 1.2M+ people reached organically
- $7,000+ in funding raised
- Winner of the IB Global Youth Action Fund Award 2026 (from 3,000+ applications)
- Featured on Khaleej Times

Through essay competitions, live market simulations, research programmes, and guest lectures from Oxford, Yale, and Dartmouth, YEL is making economics accessible to students everywhere - and even distributes translated research anthologies to schools across India, Thailand, and Africa.

Proof that our students don't wait for permission to make real-world impact. Congratulations, Yuvraj!

What is dyslexia? A neurodevelopmental difference that affects reading and spelling, often accompanied by strengths in creative, visual, and big‑picture thinking.

The Inclusion & Diversity Student Team hosted a Dyslexia Awareness activation to celebrate those strengths, and the energy was incredible! 💪

Students rotated through 6 interactive stalls, collected stamps in their passports, completed a reflection, and walked away with 20 housepoints 💟

Our DP students studying Arabic, French, and Spanish visited the Louvre Abu Dhabi as part of an enriching cultural and educational experience.
The students explored a wide range of artworks and artefacts from different civilizations and cultures. The visit allowed them to connect their language learning with real-world experiences while developing their cultural awareness and appreciation of global heritage.

DIA-EH students took part in the second annual Eco Summit at DIA-Al Barsha. The students produced amazing products, ideas and short videos, all with an eco focus which were then presented to a judging panel in competition with Innoventures school entrants. We are so proud to say DIA-EH won the Eco Showcase category for Y7-9 and the Eco Pitch category for Y10-12. Emirates Hills students also won the overall champions category for most points awarded. Amazing effort by all the students!

A solid performance from our U12 Girls B team against Arcadia. ⚽

It was an evenly matched game with plenty of chances at both ends, and some fantastic saves in goal kept us in it throughout. Great effort from the whole team! 💪

Thank you to Arcadia for a great match. 👏

A determined performance from our U12A team against DC⚽

The team battled hard, with some excellent defending and a lovely goal late in the game. The result didn't go our way this time, but the effort and spirit on show were fantastic. Onto the next one! 💪

Thank you to DC for a great match. 👏
