Blessed and thankful is an understatement. God has given us so much grace and today is no different. I love this Florida life and the gratitude I feel in my heart for my amazing family taking me to the beach today to celebrate me fills my heart with joy! taken in Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. by @diamondranch_

Mortgage Rates Dropped – What Does That Mean for You?

In just two months, rates dropped from 7.125% to 6.5%, and that shift could be saving you $1,435.80 per year—or $43,074.00 over the life of the loan.

Example:
Home Price: $400,000
Monthly Payment at 7.125%: $3,390.09
Monthly Payment at 6.5%: $3,270.44

That’s more money in your pocket each month. Thinking about buying? Now’s the time to lock in a lower rate before demand spikes and home prices rise.

Today was closing day for these two! I met Donetta at an open house a few months ago. Her and her husband were ready to stop renting and buy a home. Then the government shutdown hit and with looming uncertainty they paused their search. Thankfully the shutdown didn’t last to long and we were back shopping again! Along comes this sweet home in the perfect area with the kids swim practice just down the road! 30 days later SOLD! I’m so happy for this sweet family! Happy Closing Day to The Zimmerman Family!!

Navy Federal was rhe lender and gave them the American Flag and requested we get a picture with it! It was a great day!

PS: This makes 2 sales in less than 6 months with The Strata Group! Ya girl is breaking through those averages of a first time Realtor! by @diamondranch_

I was challenged to make a charcuterie board. Arranging food is harder than it seems! I was struggling how and where to put everything and I still left some off hahah
Charcuterie is an art that I have new appreciation for!
Here’s your sign to go make it! It was fun and filling and the kids even loved it! by @diamondranch_
