Hey Y’all Just Checking In For A Body Update! I am often very hard on myself when it comes to losing weight, I just want to sit this here and show you guys that even though I am not where I want to be I have never turned back to who I used to be. This photo on the right is not my smallest I have been since I began my weight loss journey but it is way smaller than I was four years ago. Even though I am not at my best, I look damn good and I am very proud of where I am today not only physically but mostly mentally. This journey is nothing but consistency, consistent prayer, supportive friends and family and pure determination. by @diamonds_gemss

Quick Story For My Pic! I’ve been working really hard tryna get this body together. Sunday I went out to dinner and felt I like I looked so good , I was able to see my results in a tight fitting leather skirt. I didn’t have to hold my stomach in or wear a bag to cover my fupa, i was so comfortable , and happy. It’s truly the progress that feel the best. That fact that I can truly put my mind to anything i want and achieve it with hard work and prayer feels good! I hope this post motivates someone to remember no matter what you are beautiful and if you want change create in , the world is in your hands , you just gotta reach for it ♥️ by @diamonds_gemss
