Came a little too close to losing myself and my spark. Being genuine, loving, and giving can sometimes put you in situations that hurt like hell..but you can’t keep a gangsta down forever.

Pick yourself up. Move your body. Breathe. Come back home to yourself. Love yourself harder. Protect your peace without losing your softness.

I’m still here. Still me. Just learning to choose myself too. 🌿 #SelfLoveJourney #HealingJourney #WellnessLifestyle #FitnessJourney #PersonalGrowth by @diamondsareforevva
