Soo lucky! Still can’t believe it. 😱😍 Sighting of a lifetime—mama & polar bear cub sleeping (food coma after a massive reindeer lunch!) near Nordenskiöldbreen glacier in Svalbard/Spitsbergen. Climate change is quickly eroding the glaciers and pack ice—by 2050 there will not be summer ice at the North Pile. if we don’t slow the climate we’ll lose these magnificent creatures, along with many others. Contact your representatives and government to urge support to slow climate change—reduce emissions and switch to cleaner energy from fossil fuels, invest in solar & wind power, and push stronger regulations on corporations. 2025 was a year. Grateful for family & friends and some fantastic experiences among the rough parts. Seeing j-hope, One Ok Rock, and Jin in concert, an epic family trip from Taiwan through remote islands in the Phillipines & Indonesia to the Northern Territory & Arnhem Land in Australia, then back to my fave Isla Mujeres.
