You might think yoga is about movement but it’s about stillness within instead. The aesthetics don’t matter as much as the feeling behind it. When you decide to be fully present in your body, to allow the present moment to be exactly as is it, with no efforts to change it but to be peaceful through the chaos around it. It’s not just a tool to be physically stronger but for your inner state to be calmer, regardless of what the external world sounds like. I don’t even know what I’d feel without my meditation and yoga practice, but I’ll never know because I’ll never stop prioritizing these simple but efficient practices, it has now become my ‘me time’ instead of a secondary thing I do when I feel bored or cranky.

The greenest flag is when you feel like the universe is pushing you off the cliff. It’s because the more you try to stay in your comfort zone the more you’ll be reminded that you deserve better than that, that beyond the discomfort of uncertainty lies the freedom you’ve been seeking all along.
This is not a sign of loss, but rather a sign of coherence and alignment with your higher self.

There’s no reason for you to try to change, fix or argue with someone who believes you’re not worthy. Explaining or excusing their behavior will only make it worse for you because you’ll find yourself trying to prove that they’re wrong, to show that you are valuable by making even more effort to satisfy them, which will keep you in a people pleasing mindset. Whereas understanding that the reason they’re belittling you is because they themselves feel worthless and empty deep down, will free you from the desire to get approval from people that didn’t deserve your time, energy or effort in the first place. They’re only projecting their insecurities onto other people and you don’t need to be the victim of their unresolved issues, just let them go and focus on working on yourself to detach from the image that people have of you.

No matter how hard you repeat affirmations, as long as you haven’t embodied the version that would handle the desires and miracles you’re dreaming of then nothing will change in your reality if you stay the same. You can ask for it all you want but if you’re not creating the kind of coherence within you that aligns with your desired outcomes then you’ll feel stuck in the same patterns and same result.
So what if you acknowledged how that would make you feel ? What kind of thoughts do you entertain about it? What are the words that you want your mind to hear concerning it? What’s the behavior that’s required for you to embrace for you to get to where you wanna be ?
All these are questions that will help you to accomplish anything you want.

You’re not unlucky, you’re just focused on what’s going wrong instead of what’s going right.
In the deepest core of every experience we go through there’s something that might hurt us or feel challenging but it’s because we’re seeing it from a negative lense rather than extracting the essential parts that will teach us something new about life, about human behavior or about ourselves. Why is it so uncomfortable for us to accept that things will not always go our way ? Sometimes we forget that what we want is not what we need. The soul is craving evolution but we’re still stuck protecting our past version from change which requires it to dissolve and give space to the new version that will be able to handle the opportunities that we’ve been secretly desiring. Let’s open our eyes to what right in front of us and make the best out of it rather than living in the past or in the future.

If you’ve been waiting for something specific to happen to that you can be happy, you’re wasting your time. As soon as you attach your happiness to a certain event or outcome you’re already set for disappointment because no matter how much you think that you need permission, validation or success to be happy, once you get your dream job, your dream car and your dream house you’ll realize that it’s not about getting them, it’s about you become in the process of getting there.
You don’t need any external thing to allow you to be happy, you could just choose to see to see what’s going right in your life at the moment instead of what’s wrong and then your whole body will naturally detect more reasons to be joyful.

You’re a sovereign being, capable of achieving anything you put your mind to. But what if you’re not sure what you really want ? What if you know what you want but you’re not moving towards it ? What if you’re moving towards it but you’re still doubting every step of the way ? You worry that your decisions will be made fun, you worry that you won’t be digestible to everybody but what you end up doing is shaping your future based on people’s assumptions of what’s right or wrong for you, but nobody really thinks of your best interest better than yourself so you know what your next steps are, you don’t need anyone else to validate that for you. And if people think you’re too much, let them find less.

I never wanted to be financially rich but I’ve always loved connection. Making new friends spontaneously at the beach, having a tribe I can lean on, aligning with pure souls and open minds… isn’t that part of being human ?
To crave connection and share moments, to nurture the soul and fulfill the heart, to create bonds and grow through them… isn’t that part of being alive ?
We were not made to be separate, disconnected or unemotional, we were born to feel love sadness joy and all the above, not machines programmed to cross a to-do list made by I don’t know who.
So next time you think you’re alone in this, know that the moment you open your energy and assume the best possible scenario, the universe will have no choice but to fulfill your prophecy.
So just live fully and let the rest happen naturally.

What if everything you thought was blocking you was a byproduct of your imagination ?
Maybe you’re afraid of failing when you know you could succeed, maybe you’re scared of rejection when you know it would give you more courage, maybe you’re letting your ego run the show when you know it’s just protecting whatever’s left of your old version. But haven’t you evolved ? Don’t you think it’s time to thank your old self and embrace who you’ve become ?
What if you were one decision away from changing your whole life ?
Would you move forward ?

There is no parenthood guideline. They just do their best with what they have, and as much as we’d like them to be perfect, we are not so our desire to change them, to make them treat us better and care for us is in fact a call to rescue from our inner child, asking us to take care of ourselves, to love ourselves unconditionally and to accept ourselves entirely, not for who we’re expected to be but for who we truly are.
Happy Father’s Day to single mothers that have taken both roles and sacrificed their time energy and health so much for their children, we will never be able to thank you enough.
Sending so much love and respect to all the parents, it’s never been easy but they still do it everyday until they rest in peace. So peace be upon them all ❤️
