Thank you again for your generous donations to Minnesota Special Olympics! Our friends, Anne and George, joined us for the 5K and Polar Plunge. Jason participated in the 5K and got a video of our “plunge.” ❤️ by @dianecassady

Can you believe I am going to do this again?!?! On Saturday, March 7th I will be participating in the “Minneapolis Dash and Splash”, doing a 5K race around Lake Nokomis, followed by a dip in the lake. All of this is to raise funds for Special Olympics Minnesota which offers children and adults with disabilities year round sports training, competitions, health screenings, and education. Click on the link in my bio to make a donation—every little bit is greatly appreciated! @plungesomn by @dianecassady

Went to Whistler for a conference. Beautiful scenery. Rode a gondola up to Mount Blackcomb, then rode the “peak to peak” gondola to Mount Whistler (longest unsupported gondola in the world), and then rode a gondola back down to Whistler Village. taken in Whistler, Canada by @dianecassady
