I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation. I’ve taken some time to rest, and the first thing I want to do is thank everyone who has supported me and my family during this time.
As I settle in, my heart is full from all of the kindness that has been shared from around the world. I truly appreciate everything, and as I catch up, I will be personally in touch.
In the meantime, I am in the process of adjusting to my new reality. Again, thank you. by @dianne_walker138

#TapClipOfTheDay:

Some more excellence for your Super Bowl Sunday.

Dianne “Lady Di” Walker (@dianne_walker138) was featured last night, but there is no such thing as too many Lady Di features. Another Bostonian, she is considered by many to be the queen, one of today’s most respected and beloved tap dance artists.

Her credits include touring with Black & Blue, the movie Tap, Songs Unwritten, Gregory Hines: Tap Dance In America, and many, many more!

This is “Lady Di” performing one of her most famous pieces, “Black Orpheus,” in the PBS documentary ‘Juba! Masters of Tap and Percussive Dance.’

Repost from @shuffleliiife

As shown in our Ladies Night Footage Night on Tuesday, we have living legend Dianne “Lady Di” Walker performing Black Orpheus. This clip comes from the PBS documentary “Juba! Masters of Tap and Percussive Dance.”

If you’re not hip to Boston native Lady Di, do yourself a favor and look her up. Her credits include touring with Black & Blue, the movie Tap, Songs Unwritten, Gregory Hines: Tap Dance In America, and more. She is truly a treasure. ✨ taken in Boston, Massachusetts by @dianne_walker138
