“Actually, you can.”

This phrase has been on my mind for more than three months now. It reminds me of what I’m capable of and what I’m worth.

Whenever I start to doubt myself, I remember these words — and I take action.

Never be afraid to try something new, to take a risk, to be loud, and to be honest with yourself.

Actually, you can. 🤍 by @diastef

My little and so brave boy, from the very first months after you were born you have supported me in everything. You gave me the opportunity not to change my schedule, my life, my goals. You allowed me not to get stuck in maternity leave and motherhood, you were always flexible with changes and supported me in everything, responsibly and courageously.

And even when I decided that in the middle of the school year you needed to change schools, to one with more languages and more children, you accepted it as a challenge and an opportunity.

I can’t hold back tears as I rewatch your videos from your graduating class: front row, microphone in hand, every teacher has something to say about you. Thank you for allowing me to be proud of you. Smart, obedient, with a Scorpio’s character🙈, of course, you always know what you want and you know how to explain why.

Now it’s my time to support all your ideas and dreams.

I’m proud of you. I’m proud of us. The best is yet to come. by @diastef

When the conversation starts with
“Can we get exclusives, discounts, or higher commissions?”
— before any results —
the answer is simple:
No.
We work with partners who sell first.
Who believe in the product.
Who focus on performance, not requests.
Strong numbers always speak louder than negotiations.
And the irony?
When you actually start selling,
you realize how easy the process is.
We see everything.
We value results.
And we know how to reward real performance.
Sell first.
Results never stay unnoticed. by @diastef

What an amazing boy he’s becoming.
Such a gentleman.
He knows how to listen and understand everything.
He’s so mature and wise beyond his years.
He keeps secrets if you ask.
He treats nature, animals, people, little children with care.
He respects teachers, delivery people, security guys, lifeguards- everyone.
He always holds the door open for girls coming after him, waits, and lets them go first.

It’s a joy to watch him become a young man. by @diastef

I’ve never been afraid of knowing how others judge me and my approach to team management.

I understand that I’m not an easy person to work with; I’m demanding and sometimes strict. However, I know for sure that my team understands why I am this way and how it can positively impact them and their results.

There’s no written script for this.
The voice of the team is probably what I wanted to hear. taken in Wadan Developments by @diastef

The team shouldn’t feel like they have to love you or to be scared of you ; they should know that you’re always there for them and on their side.
Trust, support, and the gratitude of a leader motivate people to show up for work every day on time and strive not to let anyone down—not fear or obligations outlined in a contract.

And thank God I had exactly this kind of example in my career, which helped me become who I am today. by @diastef
