Duckstops🦾🦆 @tnxlacademyducks

Day in and day out these guys grind, ask questions, and work on themselves in order to be the best they can behind the plate. Once again, can’t overlook reps! by @diaz_catching

Always some good work and talks when my guy @noah_franklin27 comes in town!!!

Noah was blessed enough to sign a professional contract with the @rangers out of our academy (@tnxlacademyducks ). Very thankful for him coming around and not only working with and around my guys, but helping ME….Noah does a great job of communicating with me and keeping me in the loop on things he’s been working on!! NO CATCHER IS THE SAME. So it’s always awesome to get different view points….

Goodluck this season my guy!! #Diazcatching taken in TNXL Baseball by @diaz_catching

🚨Bullpen day = Work day🚨

Catchers, it’s time to start enjoying bullpen day!! Bullpens are perfect times to try things out and get comfortable. Transfers and footwork/Blocking/Receiving/Different setups….

YOU are your best coach. Don’t lie to yourselves, if you need to work on that setup work on it. If you need to block more breaking balls GET TO IT!! Bullpens get you better taken in TNXL Baseball by @diaz_catching

🚨Create a routine and STICK WITH IT🚨

It is very important for catchers to create a routine they can tailor a bit to themselves. It’s even more important to execute said routine every day because reps reps reps = the ability to try new things and get really good at the little ones

Example: the clips seen above are little things Duck catchers do every day at tnxl academy @tnxlacademyducks with some variety of course !! In order to execute in big time situations thanks to PREPARATION
